There is a small shipping center within walking distance with several places to eat. Beautiful landscaping in the area with fountains and walk paths. Outside there was a fire pit seating area which was nice.

I received a notice that my reservation was not completed. I removed the dates to cancel. I now know that that procedure did not cancel it. I was not able to travel to Birmingham. So I am out of the cost of the room.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed

Staff was terrible. I was late because of travel and instead of cancelling for only that day, they cancelled the whole trip stay. Also staff was very unrespectful and behaving as if I am coming for a free stay. Didn't help a dime in making adjustments. Will not recommend to anyone

Property was nice and everything was clean

First and last stay at this hotel No wash cloths available at 9:00 am only one (1) wash cloth in the room Front desk person stated we don’t have any, offered a hand towel for a shower 😒 Next, visible rust around tub and inside of toilet..ugh Mold around sink stopper Had to leave hotel and travel to a relative home to get a shower This room was not cheap, very disappointed to spend almost $200

The bed wasn't as comfortable but everything else was good

Terrible!!!! We arrived at 4:55 pm and our room was not ready. Check in time was at 3:00 pm.

Springhill Suites is a top property we like to stay at. Stayed here two weekends in Dec. Clean, quiet, nice breakfast. Would recommend.

We stayed here 2 weekends in a row for wrestling tournaments. Property is nice & clean. Everything smells fresh. Both weekends the staff has been flawless. Security drives around the parking lot. One weekend it was just myself(mom) and my daughter, we felt perfectly safe. The staff is extremely accommodating to anything we have needed. And the room rate I felt was fair for what they offer. Their breakfast is nice too, nothing crazy fancy but plenty of options to choose from and it all has been good. This is definitely top spot when we are in the area.

Everything was excellent from initial checking to check out. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of area. 3 EV chargers, 2 tesla and 1 J1772. Hot breakfast with good options. Vending was well stocked and plenty of options.

I was n teh highway side of the building and it was loud but didn’t keep me up. The property is lovely. Second stay.

The staff was amazingly nice from check in, to breakfast, to check out. It was very clean and I felt safe.
