Staff was great. Very friendly. Clean rooms. Spacious. We had a suite on the top floor. Easy to hear noise outside still but to be expected downtown Edmonton. Walking distance to a ton of amenities and a Starbucks right outside. Great stay. Comfortable pillows and bed.

The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. My room was clean and regularly maintained throughout my stay. The hotel also left a nice card and a gift during my visit. Overall, my experience was pleasant, and I would definitely consider the Matrix hotel again on my next visit to Edmonton :)

Yes room was great! Loved the self check in and it was very clean and quiet

The room was okay staff was friendly but the toilet didn't flush properly the TV was locked and you could barely hear it and there was a dog barking every morning for at least a hour.

Room was comfortable and clean, would have been nice if there was a bathroom fan and the bathroom wasn't situated right beside one of the beds.
