The hotel has a nice location, but the service is very poor. We had to drive our car in the garage and nobody helped with our luggage. At breakfast even though there were not many guests, they didn't manage to remove used plates from our breakfast table. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel on great peaceful location. Recently renovated and very clean. Friendly staff and very good spa. Would choose again if travelled to Balatonfured.

This hotel is a gem. Room was fantastic, design , comfort, clean and staff the friendliest possible We prepaid for the dinner and for 20$ we had very tasty meal. Breakfasts are a very nice experience. Location is 1 minute from the lake and parking was not a problem. I hope we will have the chance to return
