Ottima camera e servizi, unica pecca colazione con poca scelta

位置不特别方便，环境不错

nous avons eu un peu peur en arrivant car fete d anniversaire tres bruyante dans l espace de reception mais heureusement le calme est vite revenu et nous avons passe le reste du sejour au calme, aussi parce que pas beaucoup de monde a l hotel. personnel disponible et souriant. le petit dejeuner pourrait etre ameliore et la climatisation metiterait sans doute une petite revision (nous avons demande une seconde cle pour la faire tourner en permanence). salle de bain a rafraichir. literie de qualite. par contre le village de ruva est sans interet (mais a quand meme une ZTL donc attention pour les non residents) et il faut obligatoirement faire quelques kms et aller sur la cote pour diner. quelques bonnes adresses a Molfetta.

The property is clean and looks like its been updated, but i don't think it could be classed as a 4 star. The staff were not that friendly or helpful. Asked to see the spa before paying to use it, and initially this was declined, but eventually allowed to see it (no one was using it at the time). The breakfast was good. General service at the bar was ok. Definitely would not recommend eating in the restaurant for dinner.

It was short. Less than 24 hours. Service was ok except the pool boy was very helpful and friendly

Very nice hotel and spa

Overall good hotel and stay. Fortunately some troubles with the room which they dealt with in a good way. Could be in need of more maintanace.

Prima hotel en prima ligging. Restaurant was helaas dicht toen wij er waren - wisten we niet. Geen ramp natuurlijk. Genoeg restaurants in het historische centrum

Letteralmente negativa. Poca o nessuna informazione sui servizi. Piscina superaffollata impraticabile. Ristorante con piatto unico obbligato. Che altro dire.

Sempre una garanzia!ottimo per sosta lavoro o relax.

As a person who stayed during a business trip everything on the hotel was excellent and everything you want is there, wifi, helpful staff, great breakfast and diner serving on the hotel.

Avevamo bisogno di un paio di giorni di totale relax e così è stato. I servizi della Spa , l’ottimo ristorante e la cortesia del personale hanno fatto il resto. Camera sufficientemente grande e comanda. Torneremo sicuramente.
