El hotel en general está muy bien, la habitación es amplia y cómoda, y la limpieza buena. El parking es gratuito, subterráneo y muy cómodo. Lo que no me ha gustado del hotel es la atención de una de las mujeres de recepción, bastante desagradable; el gimnasio, en el que hace un calor horrible y las pesas las tienen guardadas, solo te las dejan bajo fianza de 20€ en efectivo, y la señora de la limpieza que llamaba a la puerta antes de entrar pero sin que diera tiempo a responderle ya había abierto la puerta, dando lugar a dos situaciones incómodas por ello.

We had booked this hotel on our way to bilbao as it wad between where we landed and where we needed to go. For what was required of our trip it was fantastic.

Very convenient hotel to visit Zaragoza . Nice breakfast . It’s near the airport a bit far from the center .

Una estancia muy agradable

Room was nicely done and bed was comfortable.

First of all, the good points. The hotel is situated next to a very nice lake that has ducks, and the scenery is beautiful, although you may not see it from your hotel room window. Also, it's reasonably priced, and the rooms are clean. As for the bad points, I think one issue is that the hotel lobby was not very clean, and another issue is that they don't offer room service except for dinner hours, I think between 8:00 and 10:30 in the evening. Other than that, you're out of luck if you want to have a coffee or something like that. One major issue we had is that the faucets in our room, room 128, were installed in reverse, so that hot water was blue and cold water was red. This wouldn't be such a huge deal except that there is a limiter on the red faucet, such that you can't activate it unless there is a certain amount of water going through the blue faucet. What this ends up meaning is that the coldest water you can get is warm, and there is a very real potential you can burn yourself by accident. Also, there are odd little signs of neglect here and there. For example, the sliding glass toilet door does not have a footer that fixes it in place, so you can actually swing it about and potentially break it with catastrophic results. Overall not too bad, but way overrated for a supposed 4-star hotel.

Hotel habitaciones enormes y cómodas, pero pierde bastante por la ubicación, sin restaurantes ni nada cerca. Tampoco llegan repartidores si es lo que tienes pensado. Muchísimo ruido en los pasillos, tanto de turistas como personal del hotel. Si vas en coche está bien, pero lo necesitarás en todo momento. Fácil aparcamiento
