Overall a nice hotel for the price! Only complaint is how tight the parking is with snow in between the cars

We liked having parking, airport shuttle included. The free breakfast was appreciated but was just okay. Staff were awesome and we would stay again

Very convenient location, and very well priced considering. It’s a little dated, but the location and price make up for it. The restaurant has decent wings, too.

Room design was nice like an L shape for some separation almost like two rooms and park then vaca is always worth it!

Property was clean, staff friendly and prompt, shuttle and parking a perk. Free breakfast was great. The bed was very comfy. Downside, we did not have any hot water for a shower.

Staff was great, hotel is showing it’s age, needs major renovations

Several people complaining at breakfast the change in parking from2 weeks to 10 days with room. This has always been huge draw for this hotel. I know we often book stays on both leaving and arriving to get 4 weeks parking if we are going for 3-4weeks. Management should reconsider this as several people we spoke with said they would be looking for alternative arrangements after staying here for the last 25-30 years. Staff is really friendly and always smiling but your paying customers are not happy with new ruling for parking.

Great airport hotel

Booked 3 months prior with 2 weeks (14days) free parking. Also booked Feb 28 for additional 14 days free.Arrived and told it change and only included 10 days for each night so had to pay for 8 more days. There was no prior notice given regarding this change.

The staff was very polite and friendly. We booked 2 nights. One at the beginning of our trip and the 2nd on the night of our return. At the time of booking, we were to have 2 weeks parking free for each night giving us 28 days. upon arrival we were told we only had 20 days as they changed the policy 3 months after we booked without giving us any notice. Upon our return on Feb 28th at midnight, we got ready for bed and discovered no facecloths as well as no hot water. In the morning, we went to breakfast (free continental) only to find cold eggs, cold sausage patties, no muffins, fruit, or yoghurt, as well as cold coffee in a carafe. We were there before the breakfast was to end. Needless to say, we left the hotel very disappointed after having spent more than 20 years as loyal patrons. We will be looking for a different venue in future as the owner/management of the Airport Hotel clearly has little interest in providing acceptable service to their customers.
