It was a good stay .

The HVAC unit was very loud.

Great stay. Stayed the night before flying out to Cuba and was able to park my vehicle there with absolutely no issue at all. Definitely stay there again when traveling.

Property was conveniently located close to the airport, the beds were comfortable. When I tried to shower in the morning it was broken. The water wouldn’t even turn on! Makes it hard to give a good rating when you pay so much but don’t have something basic in working order.

We had an emergency shortly after check in and had to leave, not knowing if we would make it back to the hotel or not. I had given them my keys thinking that we likely wouldn’t. When we found out that we could make our flight, I called the hotel and they graciously said that we could return to our room. This was a wonderful relief in a stressful situation.

First time staying here, taking a flight tomorrow morning. The food is excellent, clean rooms and great service, will be back again ! 😊 got checked into my room right away

Overall, things were good except for the water pressure in the room. It took 30 minutes to fill the bathtub for a bath. Trying to shower was a real pain as the water didn’t really do much.

The staff the first guy that served me was nice, for check in ,the girl was rude, when checking out. The elevator was broken , I had 2pcs of luggage I had to carry up on the 3rd floor, after being away from home for 2 months.then when I got to the room the room was cold.. the heater didn’t work, they didn’t do anything. Breakfast the next day wasn’t very good. Pay the extra to stay at another hotel. Not good at all, and I’m not a complainer.

La chasse d’eau de la toilette était défectueuse et j’ai dû ajuster pour que l’eau arrête de couler. J’ai aussi perdu une pédale sur le seul vélo d’entraînement du gym.

TV in room required a code which wasn't provided. Independent restaurant in hotel was OK but very expensive

I really did not enjoy my stay, the room was an awkward temperature the entire time. Will not be staying again. Women at desk had an attitude

Very comfortable. Always stay here during air travel. Great shuttle service.

The jotel.room is very clean but noisy on the highway side( airpprt). Bed very comfy. Park and fly is a must. Overall imstallation a bit old Need a good refresh But for the price nothing to say

The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Terrific parking for long travel.

Good value for the price. Could do better with the shuttle. They ask you what time you need the shuttle and add in the same sentence “it’s first come first serve”. Barely made it on time to catch my flight.
