Excellent location, convenient to the Fortezza Medicea and Duomo. Beautiful building.

The hotel itself was fine and the rooms were nice however we booked 3 rooms and some had a kettle and water in and others didn’t. Parking which was said is available is only for 5 cars which you have to book in advance. 5 cars for over 50 bedrooms. Needless to say parking was an issue. Night staff was fantastic as well as some of the day staff however one of the older guys during the day was not exactly a friendly guest oriented person. All in all the hotel and most of the staff were great and the location was excellent.

The place was beautiful, with comfortable spaces. However, there are no elevators and many stairs, making it difficult to carry luggage. The bathroom was neat and had enough space to get in and out, unlike other European places.

Very cute hotel. We booked last min and it’s a great place to have a base to explore the city. Staff is very friendly. They directed me to free parking spaces 10 min walk away which was perfect.

The staff were so helpful. We were not aware the parking area was very small so we did not reserve a space, but managed to get one the next day also we were on the second floor and there is no lift the staff helped us with our bags. The breakfast was okay but not enough fruit and too much cake. There was a kettle but milk would have been nice.

The hotel is a beautiful building with a special feeling to it. The staff is excellent. Lorenzo, one of the receptionists, planned a whole itinerary to visit wineries. I simply mentioned that we were going and he did it all on his own. He was extremely patient and helpful. I will never forget his kindness. The breakfast was very good and the location is excellent.

We thought a great location to explore Siena. Very nice breakfast included with many options. Five minute walk to buses. The front desk was extremely helpful in recommending places to eat. However most importantly they arranged a driver for us to get us to our next destination when I had struggled doing so on our own. Everything worked in room as expected. Be aware that there is no lift.

Perfect location in Siena, with soft, comfortable beds, cool air conditioning, and nice showers. Breakfast was yummy and provided a wonderful beginning to our day! No elevator, so I had to carry bags up several flights of stairs.

Great stay. Beautiful property and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Hotel is on the edge of the historic center and ideally located. We will return!

Alla i personalen var så trevliga och måna om att vi hade en bra vistelse. Hotellet ligger väldigt nära centrala sevärdheter och det fanns bra med parkering intill. Frukosten var också helt ok/bra för att vara Italien!

Good location. Useful allergen information at breakfast. No lift so maybe issue if not on low floor if you have mobility issues.

Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal an der Rezeption (sehr gute Tipps für Restaurants), das Auto konnten wir in der darunterliegenden Garage parken (vorab einen Platz reservieren lassen). Es gibt leider keinen Aufzug, uns wurde beim Gepäcktragen sehr geholfen. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten, das Bett bequem. Das Bad mit Schiebetür sehr klein, es sollte dringend mal richtig gereinigt werden, die weiße Bettwäsche und die weißen Handtücher verfleckt. Das Fenster Richtung Stadion, leider laute Musik aus dieser Richtung bis spät abends. Das Frühstück auf süß ausgerichtet mit wenig gesunder Auswahl.

The hotel is situated in a nice part of the town near to a supermarket and bus station as well as walking distance to the main areas of town. The hotel is well kept and has good common areas. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was excellent.
