stanza e pulizia direi ottimi. posizione troppo visina alla reception , quindi troppo rumore, gente che parla, ched passa , etc

La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole, anche se il bagno di piccole dimensioni. La parte migliore del soggiorno è stato il personale della struttura, soprattutto quello della reception. Sono stati tutti molto gentili, educati e competenti. Posizione dell’hotel centralissima.

O hotel é muito aconchegante, equipe atenciosa , ótima localização , a única coisa que deixou a desejar foi que no quarto onde estávamos , quando tomávamos banho o banheiro inundava quase, mesmo com box! Mas do restante não tivemos nenhum problema

No elevator we were on a second floor and it was a pan to get luggage up , no one offered to help! Besides that location is great and place was clean

Equipe muitissimo gentil. A localização é maravilhosa, ao lado do centro histórico, muito segura e acessível. Tem uma estacao de onibus proxima que faz diversos passeios por cidades charmosas da toscana. Quarto amplo e confortavel. Recomendo muito.

MUITO BOA EM TODOS OS ASPECTOS

The room was very clean and the bathroom was nice. The staff was very helpful especially because we had personal issues to deal with and places we had to get to for resolution. They helped us navigate several things that we could not have done on our own. We are grateful!

The room was large and comfortable. There was a beautiful terrace. Staff was so helpful about reservations, taxis, directions. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Location was walkable to all sites.

The hotel is beautiful and kept spotless. Room was comfortable and very well maintained. The restaurant offers great food with excellent service. Special mention for Anthony, at reception, always willing to help and advice about places to visit and moving around the city.
