Sadly a let down. Didn’t realise how near to a motorway, flight path and train track this was so not a very peaceful stay. The lodges had mould and cobwebs in the bedrooms, the radiators in the bathroom and bedroom were not working and bar area seating was quite shabby. We have stayed at Thurnham Hall and Kenmore Club and these were far superior to the Pine Lodge resort.

No hot water

Lodge was nice, though disappointed to not get much of a lake view. It was mostly clean however floor was not, with debris and crumbs left and sweets under the raised sofa. The sofa itself was rock hard and not very comfortable. The bed was also quite hard but ithe main bed was huge in size. We had an issue with a tanker emptying sewage pipes ain the early hours waking us up leaving the stench of sewage however when it was raised it was dealt with quickly and all staff we dealt with were lovely and helpful. Swimming pool was quite cold, little was done to control those using it however so groups of teens ruined our time there, taking up all available seating, hogging the hot tub and sauna and splashing around. There was no lifeguard to monitor this and several of them had their phones out poolside which I was not happy with.

2nd visit, just as good as it was first time. Excellent.

Room was clean & tidy. The heating was on which was a nice warm welcome to the room. Bed was comfy. Amenities were what we expected.

The lodge was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The pool area was nice - you have to book a slot to use the pool for one hour. Would recommend Claire Beauty - amazing massage. Restaurant was ok. Arcades small amd some machines out of order. Some parts of the lodge could do with updating, skirting board paint scuffed, could do with dusting, same with under the beds. Kitchen in lidge 250 really needs ripping out.

Despite staying here before, I was disappointed to how the room was left, the bedding had multiple stains on and despite ringing the reception up to complain they offered a resolution of giving us new bedding that we would have to need to change ourselves. Although we wasn't too happy with this - changing the bedding ourselves as we felt we was trying to "escape" normalities of home life. We agreed, upon retreving the bedding ourselves (yes we had to go get it aswell) we found that the "new" "clean" bedding had more multiple stains on, at this point we gave up and accepted our fate as we was not ringing up again to go and chase the new "clean" bedding to change again. From a fresh relaxing resort with "Hilton" style bed sheet there should be some standard that needs to be followed. We wish that this does not happen to anyone else as sleeping on stained bedsheet from other guest kinda just gives the dirty unsanitary creepy feeling!

Excellent stay and great value for money. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming. The property offers great amenities, a lovely and convenient location, and the food was excellent. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and outstanding value for money.

Check in a little slow, food on site decent. No milk on site, needed help to use cooker as it had a child lock on it. Needed unplugging etc... Site kept clean.

We chose this location to make use of leisure facilities On check in we were told that pool wasn’t available as fully booked, no food available on New Year’s Day. If there are restrictions when booking and you are searching for accommodation it should not be listed I would have chosen a different location. I felt missold

Fully equipped room, easy parking

For the price we booked a whole mini house with everything inside.It is the second time we visit and we are very happy.Now about the staff I didn't have any issue only think they charge me for a pet 50£ and for one night we pay 60£.Very relaxing and quiet place my kids loved the swans and they enjoy playing outside.

Was alright for an overnight. Stayed in a studio which was clean, tidy and well equipped. Parking was not easy, spaces very tight to get in and out off. Food Ok if not a little overpriced. Ok for the price I paid..
