The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the hotel was local to metro and many shops.

The view made it worth it. Cleanliness was sub par, and the person who helped us get a shuttle told the driver the wrong airport. We caught it before we got all the way to SAW thankfully, or else we would have missed out flight out of IST. The place also advertised it included airconditioning when it did not. There was also a huge cockroach in the pool area. But man.. the view is incredible that is undeniable.

Bra läge till kollektivtrafik på trevlig gata och område. Hotellet i sämre skick då tex duschslang och toarullehållare inte fungerade. Extremt varmt i det lilla rummet med dålig ventilation som inte gick att reglera och ingen frisk luft gick att få då fönster var ut till en innergård. Litet spa erbjuds men den ”turkiska bastun” hade nästan ingen värme.

Overall the stay was good. The hotel is in good location close to shops and lovely bars and restaurants. The breakfast was limited.

Bonjour la porte de la chambre il ferme pas bien trop de bar trop alcool trop de bruit tout les nuit et surtout le weekend jusqu'à 05h ou 06h du matin

Good services but not not good furnitures TV, fridge lights etc. Location also not very good

Old facility, clean, spacious, close to Metro station, good value for money.

Customer service and breakfast were awesome but room wasn’t very comfortable. Btw, I recommend it.

The hotel located so close to Isteklal ave. And it has clean rooms.

it wasnt plesant at all service was bad i asked the hotel to arrange a taxi on my departure day and they asked me to go out and get a taxi my self and its not there job to get a taxi in a rude way .. not recommended at all will never lodge again NEVER
