Quarto limpo, confortável, pessoal atencioso, excelente café da manhã. Boa localização e uma ação de sustentabilidade, que nos surpreendeu: um filtro de água potável, no corredor próximo ao quarto, para uso dos hóspedes. Nota 10.

Nice vibe, good price close to train station area. Breakfast was nice and started at 6, which helped with out early exit. Staff were helpful and lobby bar/snack bar was friendly. Weirdly the floors in the room crackled and popped as we walked. Foam mattress works ok and room was nice and quiet.

Très bien situé, juste insonorisation des chambres vraiment pas terrible mais bon a part ça sa passe.

Small room, but very well located to walk to old quarters and also to Guggenheim. Underground parking was useful.

スタッフはとても親切で快適に過ごせます。新旧市街両方とも、歩いて10分程度であり、立地もよいです。リーガ戦開催されるサンマメススタジアムへも20分ぐらい歩けばたどり着けます。　各フロアにウォーターサーバーがあり、お湯も利用でき、大変便利です。朝食もパン、チーズ、果物、ハム類、オリーブオイル・・・と豊富にそろっており、美味しいです。（日本の方向け）歯ブラシやカミソリはありませんので、持参をおすすめします。シャンプー、コンディショナー備え付けありますが、こちらも持参がおすすめです。
