Hotel bem localizado, próximo do centro histórico, bares,restaurantes e lojas. Quarto bem espaçoso, limpo, hotel antigo e reformado. Café da manhã bem variado. Hotel bom, mas não consideraria um 4 estrelas.

High noise from street in evening and morning. Dirty shower, shower is inside a «box» with glass walls on the living room. So there is no separate bathroom, just enclosed shower area on one side on the reom and enclosed toilet on other side. Parking was not at hotel, but 200 meter outside hotel.

This was a good but could be better property. Light not working, plug outlet not working, toilet banged ever time we sat on it. Breakfast was ok but lacked anything special. Location was perfect and staff very nice

Great location near the Alcazabar, cathedral, restaurants and more. The pool has amazing views of the Alcázabar. Room was huge and clean. Would have loved to have Spanish pillows instead of hotel pillows just because they are more comfortable. But other than that everything was great

La habitación tenía una ventana, enrrejada lo cual ante una incidencia limita y mucho la seguridad del cliente.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Zimmer war ruhig und bequem. Bad war etwas komisch (WC an einer Seite des Zimmers, Dusche an der anderen Seite, Waschbecken im offenen Raum neben dem Zimmereingang). Die Tiefgarage im Hotel wird den Gästen nicht mehr angeboten. Hingegen werden Parkplätze in einem benachbarten öffentlichen Garage angeboten. Diese Parkplätze sind aber winzig und machen das Parken sehr mühsam. Es gibt bessere, modernere öffentliche Garagen ein paar hundert Meter weiter, die viel angenehmer (auch etwas teurer) sind …

Muy buena relación calidad precio.

Excelente estancia. El hotel está en buen estado de conservación. Las habitaciones son lo suficientemente amplias. El diseño es original.Nos tocó la habitación 153 que al ser interior no es nada ruidosa. El personal de recepción muy atento. Y destacar la prudencia del personal de limpieza que, a pesar de equivocarnos y poner el rotulito "hacer la habitación" en lugar de "no molestar", nos preguntó muy amablemente si realmente queríamos que nos hiciera la habitación. Contratamos la habitación con aparcamiento incluido y fue perfecto. El hotel no tiene garaje pero tiene un concierto con un garaje cercano
