The reception staffs were amazing, they are great asset to your hotel. it was my second time staying at the same hotel. I do recommend this hotel to others.

Staff are amazing and the home was very clean. Hotel is a great location for walking around. It can be really noisy at night with the alley way below your room. We had a king suite and it was really nice.

Pretty standard hotel, but very friendly and helpful receptionists. When I wasn’t happy with the street noise in my first room, they took care of it and gave a me another room. They also tipped me about a good luch restaurant, and it didn’t disappoint. Thumbs up for this place!

Mycket trevlig och välkomnande personal. Rummet var stor och rymligt. Hotellet ligger mitt i centrum. Parkering i parkeringshuset ingick vilket var en bonus.

Nice property centrally located near to Cathedral & Town Hall square. Breakfast choice was good although cooked options were limited. We were in the Solarium suite which was a good size and had a lovely outdoor terrace.

High quality hotel providing excellent customer service. Room was really nice and spotlessly clean. Great value for money.

Have been to hotel many times but not since new owners. The thing that made this hotel so before was there parking facilities at the hotel. Hopefully this will return. Still no tea and coffee facilities in room so take our own. Room had a bath and could do with a handle for older people but hope they will refurbish and put walk in showers. All new staff at check in and very friendly.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo do centro histórico, bares,restaurantes e lojas. Quarto bem espaçoso, limpo, hotel antigo e reformado. Café da manhã bem variado. Hotel bom, mas não consideraria um 4 estrelas.

High noise from street in evening and morning. Dirty shower, shower is inside a «box» with glass walls on the living room. So there is no separate bathroom, just enclosed shower area on one side on the reom and enclosed toilet on other side. Parking was not at hotel, but 200 meter outside hotel.

This was a good but could be better property. Light not working, plug outlet not working, toilet banged ever time we sat on it. Breakfast was ok but lacked anything special. Location was perfect and staff very nice

Centralt i händelserna centrum. Fräscht, trevlig personal. God frukost (som köps extra).
