The noise from theother rooms was awful, but the place was ok, staff great. Easy check in and out, close to many restaurants

Very friendly staff! The hotel & rooms were very clean & cozy !

We enjoyed the pool area and basketball court! The two bedroom suite was the perfect space for a small girls night with games and swimming.

Good location. Nice breakfast with great people working. The $3 self-parking fee is a scam. We could hear traffic from the highway next door. Also, my wife thought it was time for the mattress to be replaced.

Loved it we came late slept a couple hours and ate good food on our way through. Loved it!

Dried up food on couch, pet hair in room stirred up my allergies made for an very restless night, the jets to the hottub were out no notice was posted to inform guests found out when i made a call to front desk. Had a hard time getting key cards to work at the door closest to my room had to try several times before i could get in. Shower would work maintenance had to come in and fix it

Great rooms - wonderful staff!

Room furniture was cheap and not comfortable. Shower was more like a sink faucet. Breakfast was reminiscent of the virus days - individually wrapped items. Check-in/check-out was easy and staff was nice.

Nice and clean place. Comfy bed and a kitchenette that includes enough to actuality cook something. My only complaint was that yhe jacuzzi needs to be hotter.

Pool and hot tub closed at time of booking and time of stay without notification. No hot breakfast as advertised due to low staffing. No water pressure in shower/bath. Very disapointing.

The room was bad, toilet didn't work, pool and hot tub was not available to use and water pressure was very low, room could have use a better cleaning.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the hot tub & indoor swimming pool. Both were closed, no explanation.

Overall our stay was nice however, when checking into room we learned hot tub and pool were closed due to repairs. We chose this hotel because it did have a hot tub and were very disappointed on arrival to learn we were not able to use it.

No water pressure. Purple tv "no color". $100 pet fee is abusive. Won't stay there ever again.

This is an older hotel and not what we expected from a long term stay hotel. First the kitchen sink was clogged. We reported it and the desk clerk said they would send someone to take care of it only it was late in the evening so we asked to be notified before someone could look at it. Never heard from anyone. The toilet seat in the bathroom was loose. Their were a miniscule amount of kitchen utensils, one pot, no pans, no large mixing bowls, which should be provided if people expect to cook while staying there. When the heat came on, it smelled like maybe filters needed to be changed. I'm allergic to dust so I was continually congested when I was on the room. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The mattress sloped to the middle so we rolled to the middle when trying to sleep.

I love the stay, every person was super friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub warm and big. The room had everything we needed and plenty of space
