Convenient to the airport and clean room. Breakfast was disappointing with no fresh fruit or juices. The elevator certificate was expired, room safes were not working and pool was not filled. We had to complain about excessive noise in the room above us.

The property was warm and inviting. Room was generally comfortable, except for my constant complaint of overdone AC. Rajesh was friendly and professional.

Beds were very comfortable! Room was spacious! Breakfast buffet had many choices! Will stay every time we are in town!

Staff was awesome

I really liked Bonchon. I also liked the complimentary water upon arrival. The staff was wonderful.

The phone in room didn't work. The toilet leaked. The bathroom needed towel racks and hooks for clothes, robes, towels. Handicap bars were there, but they should not be interchangeable with towel racks. The main reason for staying there was for clean room, handicapped accessible bathroom and room and reasonable price and not too far from IL Wesleyan campus, although not truly convenient location-too far away. Price should have been less expensive to compensate, plus pool was under construction. The room was clean and beds comfortable, however bed was too high for my mother, who uses a cane/walker. She fell getting into bed on the last night and I had to call 911 from my mobile phone. Paramedics lifted her up and double-checked her. Issue because hotel phone didn't work and no one was at front desk at that time.

Cold

The breakfast was sparse to say the least! No sugar for the coffee. Rubber pancakes, no sausage or bacon. Very disappointing. Asked for a receipt, got an excuse. Matress was awful. No extra blanket.

The staff was hard working and lovely. The room was clean and fine except the phone and tv were not functioning and even after we asked nothing was done about it. And the “complimentary” breakfast was absolutely dreadful. Would not return.

It was shat I expected - Nothing fancy but clean and convenient. A hot tub would have been nice and the breakfast was average at best.

I had an event at ISU this weekend that required an overnight stay. The hotel seemed clean and nice, but the walls are very thin and you can hear everything. The bed was not comfortable at all and sagged majorly to one side.

Someone was able to have a key of my room and walked in.

Very clean. TV did not work. Told the gal at front desk. She said a cable man would be in within the next hour or so. He never came.

I had a wonderful stay here this past few days. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The room was almost perfect, except there was no desk lamp. The breakfast was very basic and unappealing, however.

The hotel has been renovated and is very nice.

The only restaurant was Korean food. Morning breakfast did not even have hot coffee!! The machine was broke. Many usual condiments were missing as well. I will not be going back.

Front desk person was very nice, but check-in was awful. They could not find my reservation and it took 45 minutes on the phone to figure it out.

Very nice hotel in a nice, convenient area with nice restaurant options there and close by.

The room was updated. The breakfast team let me grab cereal after closing time which I appreciated. The bed was not comfortable- lumpy and the room wasn’t well vacuumed. The nightstand lamp didn’t work and the blower was loud. The overall cleanliness was lacking compared to prior visits. The workout room doesn’t have a key secure entry and no cell service, which felt unsafe to me.

Met my needs. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle service met my transportation needs from and to the airport.
