It was a nice dog-friendly hotel with first floor access but the carpet needed to be cleaned.

The stay was good. We had to wait for a room to get ready, but not long.

They forgot to make coffee in the morning. For us coffee lovers, not good! Then didn't correct their mistake by making any.

We traveled with our dog from Virginia on our way to Texas. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and clean. Quick access off I 40 for travelers. No breakfast but does have a bistro and coffee shop. Beds comfortable. Good air conditioner. Easy but tight parking. Would not consider if you pull a trailer or boat

Clean and pleasant stay

Checking in was fast and friendly. The room was very clean and guest ready.

Great place to rest. Amenities are excellent, food, recreation, and close to the interstate.

Room smelled awful like wet clothes left in the washer for a week. Musty moldy smell. And black mold around the handle areas of the shower and inside of the shower head. Bistro was expensive. I appreciated the complimentary water bottle when we checked in. That’s about the extent of my appreciation for this place. Overpriced. I wish we have booked at a different hotel. Very unimpressed and disappointed.

Very clean and friendly staff. The hotel room we were in could use some updating and a less bumpy more firm mattress.

Greay location

I have stayed here before and was very impressed previously. This trip our tv never worked and when I brought to the attention of the manager on duty, she indicated I’d get a discount for that nights stay. I was on board with the discount but when my card was changed for the stay , not only did I not receive a discount I was charged an extra $60 for the stay.
