Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful

The stay was great! We were totally surprised to see the pool had a water slide! Part of it goes out side like at the indoor water parks. Spiral stair case lead you up about three floors to where the water slide started. The slide was supervised by pool attendants and was a great addition to our stay. Everything was clean and the breakfast was tasty. If passing through Mitchell this was the best for a family. There was also a small pool that was shallow with a very small slide for the littles in your group!

Room was fine. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Even tho it was after check in time. Guy at desk told us to come back in an hour or so. I had just had surgery and was traveling home and really needed to lay down. Disappointing.

I left something in my room & could find no phone # that connected me to the desk. VERY INCONVENIENT.

Had everything I needed for a night passing through.

My family of 6 stayed in a Suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. It was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We tried out the pool and hot tub which were both great. We were late getting in so we thought we would only get 15 minutes in the pool but they didn't kick us out and we got an extra 10 minutes which was nice. The breakfast was good. It had options from cereal to eggs and bacon. There was a pancake maker but it either wasn't working or we couldn't figure it out. There were plenty of other options though. It was a good overnight stay for us.

Clean hotel and friendly staff.

We had a great stay here and definitely recommend. We were traveling with two small children and the room was spacious enough for a crib, breakfast had plenty of options and was delicious, pool was clean and the staff was so friendly the entire time. We never came across anyone who wasn’t smiling and asking how we were doing, if there was anything we needed, or stopping to say hello to the kids. We walked to cabelas and let the kids play around the pond our back. Beautiful area right in town. We will be back!

Simple and comfortable, my third time staying and will stay again.

Rate seemed a bit high for property considering the juice machine did not work. The pancake maker was not available for patrons. Pool water everywhere on floors in elevators

Aaron checked us in (and has previously, he recalled) and what a breath of fresh air after a long day of traveling! So friendly, helpful and nice. Property beautiful, room so clean and quiet, breakfast was amazing - will stay here each time we ride through!

Excellent facility. Will stay there again!

I enjoyed my stay although I couldn’t turn the air conditioner down (live in Wyoming) and I could hear every sound through the thin walls. Other than that it was great!
