This hotel was perfect for us , we sat and read by the fireplace all afternoon . Ate at the restaurant in the evening and next time we plan on using the spa services !

L hotel est bien situé et bon mais la chambre ne vaut pas le PRIX payé. Le rapport qualité-prix est décevant, et le jacuzzi était plein la plupart du temps, ce qui a limité l’expérience La fenetre de la chambre donne sur la piscine intérieur et comme une prison (avec petit barreaux en fer) Tres désagréable pour une personne clostrophobe Moquette de la chambre pas propre avec plein de taches Sans parler du service expedia pour changer le nombre d occupants de la chambre procedure tres stressant et long Tres déçues !!!

Nice, spacious, clean room et bathroom. Low water pressure in the shower. Air conditioning / heating is loud with no fan speed controls, I ended up unplugging it. EV charging stations were not operational.

Staff at check in was not very informative. Our room was located in a separate building where we had to go down a level through a tunnel and then up another elevator to access our room. The directions to our room at check in were vague. There was no mention of what the hours for the dining room was or where the pool was located.

Just ok. For the price, the name « château » and the photos provided, I thought it would be way better. I was very underwhelmed. The interior looked old. The hot tubs were nice though with a good view. Would not stay here again.

Lady at front desk made me feel very uncomfortable. She treated my wife and I with anger, we did not seem welcome. Made my wife cry…

Disappointing stay. No help with bags on arrival. Missing towels and robes in room. Only one chair and no table (room for 4 people). Broken pieces-jets in jaccuzis and dangerous entry
