Breakfast was fantastic! The ladies who made us omelets were very kind, the guys served us tea and coffee. The bar is of high standard, UNFORTUNATELY, it is not non-smoking which makes it unusable for us. Smoking in public places, especially dining rooms is outdated in 2026! The windows were sort of tinted, you cannot see the Ocean, but the choice was just the ocean view. This is unfortunate, selling what you cannot deliver. Thank you!

We needed 1 night in Casablanca following our trip around Morocco, for an early flight the next morning. This hotel was conveniently located, very modern and clean. I would've expected a bit more from the front desk staff – they were cold and perfunctory. Upon check-in, the lady that was checking us in was preoccupied with her colleage working beside her, joking with him and also chatting with the customer he was chatting with. Check out was also very brusque and perfunctory. Not quite the Moroccan warmth and hospitality that we had become accustomed to from our previous 2 weeks through the country.

The room was very spacious and clean! We were on the 18th floor and had an amazing view of the city and ocean!! The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was excellent! I highly recommend

The room was clan. But the TV was not working called the front desk they were suppose to send some one to fix After an hour of waiting , went to bed and tv never got fixed

The room was dirty, the television was broken, and one towel per person. They told us FIVE times they were sending someone up to fix the tv...they did not. The hotel pretends to be 5 star, but it is 3 at best.

Le bain tourbillon ne fonctionne pas bien et les chambres commence à avoir besoin de rénovation. Les miroirs sont abîmés.

Chambre au top dans les derniers étages de l'une des twin tower. L'ensemble de la chambre est tout de même à rafraîchir au vu du haut de gamme de l'hôtel. Tous les ésuipements étaient disponibles dans la chambre. Salle de bain au top où on se sent comme au hammam.

Badr and team at the restaurant were very nice and friendly. Always at your service . Spa was amazing . Massage and Hammam was great . Excellent experience ❤️

As a 5-star hotel, there are lots of improvements needed in this hotel. The room we stayed has strong paint smell. The wash sinks are easily clogged. The water temperature of shower faucet is so difficult to adjust, it’s either burning hot or too cold. It can’t stay at warm level. We reserve the stay in the hotel for a friend's wedding held in the same hotel. All the guests suppose to receive welcome basket but nothing was delivered to our room.

Personalet har været generelt rigtig søde og gode til at hjælpe en. Men jeg ved ikke hvor jeg skal starte henne, da jeg synes der er så meget at skrive om. Der er ingen tvivl om at hotellet er et der skal fuldstændig renoveres over det hele. Det er møg slidt alle steder!

Personnel très attentionné

The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. However, the key card system was very inconvenient — it stopped working after almost every use, and we had to reset it repeatedly. This was quite frustrating and wasted a lot of time. Hoping the hotel can fix this issue soon.

The hotel is in a good central location. The view from our room was lovely. We went for dinner at the Skies ans that was a very nice meal with a view of the mosque. The food was great and good portion size. The main thing that disappointed was the rainfall shower in the room. It flooded the shower unit and went on to the main bathroom floor so was very slippery. We only used it once and used the smaller shower head after that. Overall the hotel is nice but just needs some attention to upkeep/ redecorating/refurbishment
