The staff were plain incompetent and couldn’t arrange a replacement key. The bathroom towels were ntvreplaced.

Nice hotel. Convenient location. Front office staff manned by freshers and trainees. They seem overwhelmed and not adequately trained. Room service and cleaning personnel are efficient. Hotel is next to busy road and a wedding banquet hall in addition to construction site. Rooms need better sound proofing. Overall it’s ok.

Staff overall is great . They do anything to make you feel at home . Hotel rooms need a little updating but over all good . Very clean. Happy customer.

The staff is good and responsive. Rooms are comfortable. The isle of non smoking floors though has a lot of smell of smoking. Location of the hotel is very good.

THERE WAS NO SUFFICIENT STAFF AT THE HOTEL AND THE ROOM SERVICE IS AVAILABALE ONLY UPTO 10:00PM. ROOMS WERE NOT SO BIGGER COMPARED TO THE PRICE AND NAME OF THE HOTEL. OVERALL IT WAS A WORST EXPERIENCE STAYING IN SUCH HOEL . INSTEAD I WOULD HAVE BOOKED THE PARK HOTEL RATHER THEN FORTUNE GROUP

The Air conditioners never work there so it’s very suffocating in the room, complained multiple times but no result.

Stayed for one night on a business trip. Very well appointed and clean and comfortable room, good location if you are at work at Navi Mumbai. Breakfast was great, and staff very helpful. I would definitely recommend.
