Ubicación muy buena… le falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones , los camastros y sillas de playa muy incómodos… La atención de ANA en el check in excelente , te hace sentir como en casa. Siempre dispuesta en ayudarte a que tu estancia sea placentera…

Great beach view room on 8th floor. Just wonderful, sounds of the beach day and night. Room was nice. Double check for fridge, check out iron with housekeeping, no microwave. Property lobby, pool, bar is amazing and beautiful. Will certainly visit again.

Second time staying here and had a great experience.

This is a very nice location. While not all inclusive, you get direct access to the beach and are within walking distance from everything. Elizabeth, the lady at the towel desk was very kind. The staff were very attentive. The view from the 3rd floor was great. I got a lot of good pictures of the sunset.

It was a very pleasant stay. The grounds and room were very clean, and the staff was courteous and helpful. We definitely consider going back to the hotel. Its location is great - waterfront with walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment. The restaurant's food is also good.

En general me agrado el hotel, el personal de recepción muy atenta, el desayuno con buen sazón, lamentablemente no puedo decir lo mismo del personal de la playa, un señor de lentes muy grosero. Y también tuvimos problemas para poder facturar.

People was very friendly

Excelente servicio por parte del personal, siempre atentos. Las instalaciones son antiguas pero todo está en buenas condiciones lo que permite una estancia muy agradable.

Check in lady was not too welcoming, but the property was well maintained, well landscaped, with nice view of ocean & pier from our room & good location close to bars & restaurants. Close to malecon & nice sunsets.

Excelente hotel

Found the Tropicana to my liking , room was clean and exactly what i booked. View from room was great. Staff were friendly, restaurant for breakfast was fine. Hotel pools and beach were wonderful. Perfect stay for the price. Would stay again
