My daughter and I had dinner at their restaurant and we both got very sick. We brought it to their attention and they did not take any action which was very disappointing

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal und einer tollen parkähnlichen Anlage mit viel Schatten und vielen Möglichkeiten für Kinder ab zwei Jahren. Wir kommen wahrscheinlich einmal wieder. Nur die Baustellen vor dem Hotel an den Strassen und Bürger steigen haben leicht gestört. Wenn man raus wollte. Das Hotel ist aber von dem ÖV her super erschlossen.

Kaikki meni hotellin osalta erinomaisesti. Aamiainen oli maittava ja hotelli itsessään erinomainen lapsiperheelle. Altaiden vieressä oleva pieni vesipuisto toi oman kivan lisämausteen.

All good. The only challenge was that at peak breakfast time it was difficult to get a coffee to table, so maybe need to work out a way to make coffee delivery quicker

Nous avons passé un super séjour au Westin. C’etait l’anniversaire de mon fils et ils ont emmené un gâteau avec les ballons à la chambre. C’était une surprise géniale pour lui. La piscine était bien chauffée donc on s’est baigné tous les jours. Vacances super!

We have been staying here for years. It’s an excellent resort, staff are very helpful, rooms large, beds very comfortable, food is excellent, beach and pool lovely. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you

Last year, The Westin Mina Seyahi provided a faultless experience with impeccable service and a family-friendly atmosphere. However, this year’s visit was deeply disappointing, with a noticeable decline in service and standards. Management has shifted focus to a business and influencer clientele, leaving families feeling sidelined. For example, children under 12 are now barred from some restaurants we enjoyed last year, which greatly impacted our experience. Service quality has deteriorated significantly. Staff who previously engaged warmly with children were indifferent this time, and basic service standards were lacking. On several occasions, starters were cleared with the cutlery, but no replacements were provided for the mains, leaving us to request or fetch cutlery ourselves. Staff rarely checked on us to ask if we needed drinks or if everything was satisfactory, unlike last year when they were proactive and attentive. Language barriers further complicated interactions, as the staff’s level of English was noticeably poor. The only positives were the hotel’s location and cleanliness, which remain excellent. However, the drastic decline in service and the shift away from catering to families make it hard for us to consider returning. While we understand the desire to appeal to a new clientele, many families visit to escape the business world, not to feel excluded by it. We hope management reconsiders their direction and works to restore the high standards.

Very nice hotel! Breakfast is a must at this place! Rooms are big and clean. Ask for Hassan the doorman outside. Honest guy and can help you with recommendations.

Great options for food and drink, multiple restaurants

Great stay at Westin as always! Service is great in all areas. Clean, spacious rooms. Good breakfast selection. Nice beach and pool area. Quiet and lovely surroundings. Highly recommended!

My family and I have been coming here for over 12 years and after a 4 year break we were looking forward to come back. The facilities were brilliant as always, the pools, gym and restaurant options. We found the new rooms spacious, the bed was a bit hard, but that's personal. It was lovely to see the same staff we have met over years still there and being promoted (lovely to see Kevin at Kids Club). However, I would say the experience we were so looking forward to was dampened, as more package holidays were being offered and appeared to put the staff on edge. Every time I went to the Westin Gym it was an inquisition by 5 people looking at me who I was, where I was staying and why I didn't have my key, I do understand why but it still made a real resident feel uncomfortable and not welcome, so I would always go to Club Mina, the staff were more welcoming. All the food staff at Mina's and the pool staff again were so on edge at making sure people signed the bill (again understandable but not as intense as previously). Busola and Fish, the food as usual was amazing but hampered with the long conversation about 'are you on a package', 'this is included, this is not included'. It was an experience we were not used to in this resort, it just added a bit of exhaustion and changed our expected experience. Would we go back to the new atmosphere? Not sure.
