Amazing stay at this hotel! The service was impeccable, and the hotel itself is wonderful. Located in the old town, it offers stunning views and a truly unique experience. The property is spread across several charming historic buildings, all beautifully renovated and decorated with elegance. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, with very cozy beds, we slept wonderfully. Surprised there’s no little equipment like toothbrushes, toothpaste, brushes etc… and the shampoo/shower gel same combination wasn’t the best. There’s also a spa and massage service (unfortunately, it was fully booked during our stay), and a lovely little pool. The only drawback is that the pool has just 6 lounge chairs and isn’t heated, so it fills up quickly, but we were lucky to always find a spot. Breakfast is served in a gorgeous old castle next door and was absolutely delicious. I totally recommend this place!

Beautiful historic buildings with modern amenities, spa, small pool, and very good breakfast. Staff were professional, polite, and accommodating .

The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept. Breakfast was delicious and convenient. There is parking available a short walk from the hotel lobby. They do have lifts. Staff wasn't overly friendly. Customer service was just ok. We did not prebook spa services and were not able to get in for services while we were there. We were not able to decline maid service. They use a strong chemical air freshener in the hallways if you're respiratory sensitive.

3 nuits très bien . Petit bémol pour la piscine envahie par les pigeons … sinon le Lieu est ravissant.

La cama horrible! El colchón super incómodo. Eran 2 camas individuales juntas pero se movian, no había manera de juntarlas y dormir bien. No entiendo como ven un pareja y te dan eso.

Estancia agradable, buena ubicación y servicio, edificio precioso. Las habitaciones difieren notablemente de las que se ven en la web y requieren algo de renovación, sobretodo para el precio por noche.

Reserve una Habitación Superior y me dieron una Estandar. Según ellos Hoteles.com es la wue les comunico, pero ni enseñándoles mi reserva hicieron caso omiso. La habitación dejaba mucho que desear, pequeña, la calefacción continuamente encendida en el Lavabo sin opción de apagarla, el lavabo obstruido y el WC colgado en la pared se movía. El desayuno muy justo a nivel buffet pero podías pedir una tortilla o embutidos aparte. Las instalaciones generales si están bien. No me volveré a alojar en otra ocasión wue pueda visitar ese precioso pueblo, no recomiendo este Hotel.

Un hotel al que le falta una pequeña reforma. La habitación está anticuada, la ducha podría mejorar, mobiliario antiguo, fuerte olor a humedad. El desayuno aceptable, tiene un buffet escaso.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a boutique hotel, and we were traveling with our 10 year old daughter. The hotel catered for all our needs, from great food to the spa and swimming pool, and proximity to the beach (10 min walk). Really enjoyed that it was authentic, catering for Spanish as well as international guests. The history hill top town is quiet, with a good few bars and restaurants. In Altafulla, most places do close between 1-5pm… it’s great, exactly the way it should be.

Habitación desactualizada, bastante incómoda porque la bañera y la mampara estaban muy viejas, el agua del labavo se salía y encharcaba el suelo por culpa de su diseño inadecuado. Faltaban elementos de cortesía como geles, champú y lo que había estaba en malas condiciones. Y además en el circuito de aguas del spa no funcionaban algunas instalaciones. Mala experiencia tratandose además de una habitación de clase superior. No volveré

Personal de recepcion y servicio desayunos excelente. Lo recomiendo,esta a la altura de sus 4 estrellas.
