The check in process was disappointing because the young lady was not pleasant and started my vacation off on the wrong foot.

The hotel was very clean!! We were in a corner room which we thought was very big with a great shower!! We will be back again!

My husband & I stayed at the Borgata MGM Tower to celebrate our 25 years Wedding Anniversary!. It was a very pleasant stay. The room was cozy & clean we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was great. We had a problem with a clogged bathroom sink, called it in and maintenance was up in minutes & resolved the issue in a short time.. the fridge wasn’t getting cold & service came right up and resolved the issue.. never had to wait long for extra wash clothes & towels.. Excellent room service changing of linen.. Will definitely recommend!

I enjoyed my stay ,I was expecting a welcome package in my room.. bottles of water and chips..I didn't liked the one chair..the oversized table .but extremely clean overall

The pool was too packed due to other side closed! We got turned away from the pool. They need longer pool hours!!!

MGM Tower was very clean, kind staff. Amenities are not you kids friendly but overall enjoyed my stay.

Not enough places to eat

The Place is very Nice and staff is very friendly! Rooms were Comfortable and Convenient. Sheets had certain stains (nothing outstanding) but things to consider in this Beautiful Place!
