The rooms were spotless. Buffet breakfast came with the room and was good. The restaurant in the lobby also served good food. The menu had lot's of variety. Your right in the heart of Tepic so there was lot's to see. From entertainment to foold and shopping. Highly recommended hotel. 💫💫💫💫💫

No air conditioner for 7 days if stay they say open the windows and all u can hear was traffic all night no sleep at all

The room was spotless, plenty of towels and blankets. They stop every day to drop off water bottle.

I like the location, it's at a walkable distance of shopping, food and banks/Atms. The breakfast is good with fresh fruit every day and they make your breakfast as ordered.

From the minute, I walked in the door to check in. I was treated with kindness and efficiency of the staff. I cannot give this hotel enough praise from the front desk to the housekeeping to everyone at the breakfast. I think it was one of the friendliest staff hotels I have ever been to, and I cannot say enough about the breakfast buffet, and also the housekeeping staff.
