Very comfortable, the only small thing that I would've appreciated is to have a smart tv as well as utensils/ glasses in the room. All the rest was great, I'll go back for my next business trip.

J'étais à Lévis pour les funérailles de mon frère donc je n'ai pas eu le loisir de me proener autour. Mon prochain séjour sera d'un tout autre ordre. Je vais retourner au Sheraton Four Points

We stay here frequently. It is always clean, comfortable, and has everything we need. The hot outdoor pool is the big selling point though! Would highly recommend staying here.

The staff was really nice, they let us watch the new years eve hockey game down in the lobby. Overall experience was really good.

We had an amazing experience for what was convenient to us. Calm and clean space, wide rooms and easy parking space. Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly.

Hard to access the Dufferin terrace.

Pas bien insonorisé et très écho. machine à glaçons pas disponible sur chaque étages et plusieurs hors d'usage. Piscine chauffée extérieur très intéressante malgré que l'ont doivent se changer directement dans le gym.

les lits ne sont pas confortable ,creusent vers le milieu et les oreillers sont plein de moton ,chambre mal insonoriser,les ribeaus de la chambre sont salle, bain tourbillion mal entretenu

My stay was fantastic. Very new and clean hotel. The city is very nice also. Has a Scandinavian feel to it which I love.

Clean hotel , friendly, very helpful staff. Great location. Very nice outdoor jacuzzi/pool.
