Lovely hotel in a central location. Parking is difficult as the Garage door is very narrow. My SUV wouldn’t fit in ! Staff were very helpful.

The hotel smelled amazing. There was a good coffee shop right across the street. Location was safe and quiet. Housekeeping came every day even when we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Despite this, the shower was out of shampoo for 2 days. The hotel itself was okay.

My fiancé and I enjoyed the entire day. The hotel was very accommodating, featuring great staff and an amazing bartender at the lobby bar lounge. We will definitely go back.

Staff were all very helpful and courteous. Great location near tons of restaurants and shopping, and it was quiet and clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing!!

Staff were absolutely super. They were so helpful and always asking if we needed anything. They helped with dinner reservations and the few times we requested something, they were extremely quick to respond and provide it. I have never experienced better client service at any hotel I have stayed at. And I have travelled extensively. Kudos to the team. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nice lobby, staff were nice & friendly. Breakfast and service was good. Rooms bit dated for a five star, air conditioning not great and bit noisy. Bathroom was a bit stuffy, lack of ventilation, shower cubicle was small, door didn’t close properly. I’d say a 4 star hotel at best.

I like that the hotel wasn't too far away from the middle of the city. A lot of the places were in walking distance and there were coffee shops and restaurants within 30 seconds of the property. All of the staff were great and very friendly. I didn't dine in or have breakfast but I don't think anyone did because I never saw the restaurant with any patrons. The only issue I had was the smell in the hallways. It was some sort of sewage smell and you can actually smell it sometimes in the bathroom in the shower area. Other than that to stay was great!

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Muito proximo a avenida da Liberdade. Os quartos tem muita diferença entre si. As suítes são excelentes. Café da manhã pago é bem diversificado. O serviço de limpeza é ótimo. Exovais de cama e banho de excelente qualidade, bem como os artigos de higiene fornecidos. A gastronomia do hotel porém é o ponto fraco, apenas para emergências. O que não chega a ser um problema pelos opções proximas. No conjunto um otima opção em Lisboa

Cleanliness and customer support

I thought the hotel was fine, I didn't think it was a 4 or 5 star hotel however. I thought the elevators were incredibly small, there are no hooks in the bathroom to put towels and other things, the room was decent but small. Overall I rate it average.

Cute hotel, parking was interesting underground on an elevator tight spot recommend small car. The coffee place & the restaurant across the street was amazing. Will come back for sure without a car as Uber is cheap in the area.
