The property sits in a great location. The staff was very courteous. The elevators are extremely slow and appear outdated. Other than that, I liked the rooms.

The room is always clean with no odors! Odors and smells are very sensitive to me and it always has a scent of "welcome" when you get here. And Caraway has been awesome both times I've been here. Even when I thought my requests were a little bizarre, Caraway was so kind and patient. 10/10

Great stay

This hotel was superior excellent in every way possible. Staff go above and beyond. Room huge and comfortable and super clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location is right off the highway and everything right around.

Easy access from I-35, clean room, quiet. Breakfast waffles good, muffins & scones dry, sausage good, potatoes over-seasoned, western omlete dry.

Clean is all I need to say

Walls are thin! I found a few pieces of food crumbs and sunflower seed shells in my room upon checking in

Hampton Inn & Suites (Dallas - DeSoto) was a great place to stay for the cost. What really set it apart for me was the service; they had the crib I needed, they made sure I knew it would be there, they hooked us up when we broke a toothbrush, and every time we talked to someone at the desk they were so helpful, friendly, and kind. Nowadays service can be so hit or miss, and they knocked it out of the park. After we got home, my 4-year-old said that he wished we could have stayed there longer and I told him we'd have to go back. Thanks, y'all!
