We booked this hotel for one night due to its close proximity to the train station- it is close, however, at least 1/2 the walk (which is actually about 15 minutes) was along a small road with no sidewalks. The surrounding area had nothing but parked cars and buildings that were either offices or apartments. You need to Uber to get to an area to eat, etc. it was however clean.

We booked this hotel because of its location very close to the Avignon TGV station. We had rented a car from enterprise and we’re able to return it at that train station. We drop the car off and strolled back to the hotel. A very quick walk from the hotel brought us to.Les Gustavo’s, a delicious restaurant in the Mercure Hotel nearby. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and the staff is welcoming and very helpful, telling us how to get to the station and where to eat dinner. Although the walk was only 5 to 10 minutes, the staff booked us a cab to drive us there since it was raining quite hard. So if you need a place near the train station, we can recommend this highly.

Une meilleure communication pour les arrivées tardives seraient la bienvenue ! Un mail explicatif est arrivé mais dans les spams ! Du coup é chambres payées pas utilisées car on ne pouvait pas accéder à l'hôtel vu que la reception était fermée ! Du coup on a été prendre un autre hotel juste à côté où il y avait une réception pour reprendre 2 chambres !

Parfait pour acces rapide à la gare TGV. Tout était en bon etat et propre.

The location is convenient for Avignon TGV station but it looks like college dorm room.

Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner... Très désorganisé, pas de plateau, tout est éparpillé... Difficile de se servir lorsqu'i y a du monde...les clients se croisent et se recroisent cherchant la tasse, une petite cuillère...etc A revoir.... mes amis étaient du même avis...

Great option for an overnight or longer stay near Avignon TGV

Réservation d'une chambre double, a l'arrivée il ne reste que des chambres lit simple, aucun appel pour nous prévenir.Une seule paire de serviette alors que nous sommes deux.La clim qui ne fonctionne pas, obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec les bruits et insectes.le bruit du réfrigérateur qui siffle toute la nuit.la lampe de chevet trop basse qui touche la tête quand on est sur le lit

Redelijk netjes en schoon, maar beperkte dienstverlening, matige service en locatie is zo-zo.

Voyage pro, chambre confortable Dommagr que la clim, le frigo et la VMC ronronne toute la nuit. Mais tres pratique, a pied de la gare TGV Avignon

Bedre omgivelser end forventet ved togstationen. Senge rigtig gode og ingen støj fra vej udenfor. Mørklægningsgardiner kunne være bedre
