La camera era perfetta, di una pulizia straordinaria il letto comodo; il personale gentilissimo, professionale e disponibile sempre sorridente. Colazione di ottima qualità. Consigliatissimo!

Have been going to this hotel for many years. Always feel at home, The staff is lovely. Rooms are large and comfortable. Great breakfast. Parking is ample and easy. Our dog was very happy.

Alles ok, Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber tiptop

Super hotel, meer dan vriendelijk en perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de Giro d’Italia 2025. Ook fijn dat we op onze vertrekdag langer op de kamer mochten blijven door een verlate terugvlucht.

Excellent food in the roof garden.

Très propre, personnel très gentil, lit très confortable, restaurant top.

Camera nella norma, un po’ datata ma tenuta bene. Colazione deludente. Ho informato le sera di essere intollerante al lattosio, mi hanno detto non c’erano problemi e invece la mattina a colazione non potevo mangiare nulla di dolce.

A great property for our one night stay whilst driving between locations and free, secure parking was a welcome plus. Spacious rooms plus very helpful and friendly staff.

Ottima struttura vicino al centro pedonale di Biella, e confinante con mini centro commerciale. Camera spaziosa e ben organizzata con arredi moderni e letto comodo. Buona varietà a colazione con scelta tra dolce e salato e personale di sala sempre presente ed efficiente per mantenere completa l’offerta. Unica pecca per le stanze che danno sulla facciata anteriore che si trova su una delle arterie principali della città, la insufficiente insonorizzazione che può rendere fastidioso il soggiorno in certe ore e giorni. Comunque consigliabile.

It was great! We stayed only for one nighr but it was very easy to get there, they have private parking so we didn’t have to go around looking for it. The rooms were very clean, nice view to the park and with all the personal items you need in the bathroom. The buffet was also very good! Would totally repeat!

Amazing

Everything we needed for a 2 night stay in Biella. Staff were so friendly, everything was clean and well presented. Breakfast included with decent options . Only tiny downside was the lack of choice on the first morning even though we arrived at 8am and it was open 7-10am. Next day we made sure to get there for 7am and there was more food out. Exercise room was a bonus and better than some hotels who advertise a fully equipped gym!
