The location of this hotel is just perfect, right over the Ponte Vecchio bridge, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. It is a beautiful hotel, with a large, gorgeous room. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The staff was friendly and very helpful. You really could not get a better location, everything was just a few minutes walk.

Staff was exceptionally kind and warm. The breakfast spread was really good and tasty.

This is truly the nicest hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at in Europe. The service was absolutely incredible - we received a complimentary upgrade for our honeymoon and my husband organized a surprise wine tour in the Tuscan region. The hotel worked directly with the taxi company to coordinate our travel. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was unbelievable. Thank you to the front desk staff and the staff in the restaurant. You were fantastic and we will see you soon!
