It was amazing. Everyone is so nice and our butler Randy was fantastic!!

The place was clean, the staff were friendly. The shuttle buses to take you around 2 different restaurants. The beach was amazing.The drinks were delicious. The pools were a great temp and fairly clean. The room was amazing the bed was a bit firm for my taste. The staff made us feel like family. Our butler Rodney was great and attentive. Carlos was great and made us feel like family. He has a great sense of humor and speaks fluid english and makes communication easy.

Amazing trip. The staff at TRS made the difference. We will be coming back. Beautiful beaches and pools with plenty of activities to do throughout the day.

We had a wonderful time! Randy was our butler and he was so helpful and timely with everything we asked for. Raul helped us as well everyday in the main areas and had great energy. The rooms were beautiful and had a great view of pool and ocean.

Randy was fantastic. Made our 10 year anniversary special. Will definitely come back.

Our butler Randy was awesome he was helpful with setting our dinner reservations and also prepared our room to Celebrate my wife’s birthday. I truly recommend him to anyone arriving at property Only concern was the pool water level was low so skimmers were not working to get rid of debri and the jacuzzi had similar water temperature to pool

The TRS was an amazing experience. We didn’t know prior to booking, but going through Expedia ended up with us being treated like royalty. They upgraded our room, and the service was incredible. Every bar was top tier and we didn’t have a bad meal at any restaurant. They catered to my wife being vegetarian at every restaurant right down to the steakhouse, it was very impressive. We highly recommend the TRS.

Noris our Butler was amazing she took good care of us at all times! She celebrated my birthday. Unfortunately the room we got had some bed bugs and water pressure problems. she changed the room and that room had a shower head broke down but she she had that fixed asap. The rooms are in need of better care.

We had a great time at TRS Turquesa. Our swimout suite was great, and our area was very quiet. We had a peaceful beachside massage one morning, and spent most of our days by our pool. The restaurants were all very good, and there was always a variety of food. A huge shout-out to Norielis (Noris), our butler; she was incredible! She managed all of our reservations for dinner and was so helpful with our requests. Our vacation would not have been the same without her!

The property was amazing but what made the stay even better was our butler, Noris. She was amazing!!!! Friendly and bent over backwards for us not to mention remembering our anniversary and romanticized our room with rose petals, balloons and a banner on our door-oh and champagne and chocolates. She was truly amazing! I would t want anyone else.
