La habitación olía mucho a cigarro, esperaba mejor calidad de camas y del hotel en general. La ubicación muy buena.

Está entre as melhores opções da cidade. Um pouco distante da parte histórica e da Universidade. Quarto confortável. Boa roupa de cama e de banho. Equipe gentil e atenciosa. O café da manhã oferece boas opções, destaque negativo para os ovos mexidos que não são de ovos frescos, mas industrializados. O restaurante "A Garça" merece uma visita.

This was such a great stay, one of our favorites in Portugal. The hotel is beautiful and quaint, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Patio bar was a great place for drinks and food too. The little shops, restaurants, annd walking the castle wall were all so amazing! Only downfall is you have to park in the parking lot, which is a fair distance away, and wheel your luggage uphill on the stone walkways.

A condição geral do hotel é muito boa, no padrão esperado para as propriedades da rede NH. A equipe foi bastante cordial e solícita. Ponto negativo para a internet, que no último dia da estadia caiu e não mais voltou. A localização do hotel também não é a melhor - não em ternos de segurança, mas porque que é relativamente afastada do centro de Coimbra se o seu propósito for o de circular a pé. Mas é o custo para ter estacionamento no local, o que é difícil nos hotéis mais centrais.

Great hotel, parking entrance and exit are a bit stressful. Breakfast is good, not sure if there was a possibility to have omelets. I hated the fact that there were no outlets on one side of bed. Gym is quite basic

Very pleasant common area and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was especially good.
