Nice place for the price

A water bottle and a coffee maker in the room would be great. some upgrade in the breakfast menu towards healthier breakfast with some protein options would be wonderful. The room was not made with the trash still in the room when I stayed for a few days. The corridors were clean and smelling good. The room was clean and well maintained when I arrived. Overall a pleasant stay.

The roads made it noisy but the room was clean

everything was walking distance, even in the property it was nice & quiet

The hotel was very well kept, staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only 2 downfalls which would not keep me from staying there again. One, the road noise was extremely loud all night long. Two, breakfast was dissapointing. There was no cooked eggs or breakfast meats. It was all carbs except hard boiled eggs. Yes it's something to eat but definitely not the kind of breakfast I prefer.

Nice hotel that seems like it may have just been recently updated. Spacious rooms with friendly staff. Stocked fresh hot coffee in the lobby and facility felt very clean.

When we arrived the front desk person was not so personable. However with check out and needing to adjust our stay days, a different employee ( Amy) was super nice and helpful. So not all the front desk attendants were unpleasant. The room was clean. Only complaint is they need to have a microwave for every room. Going down to the lobby every time we needed to use it was not very convenient. It was extremely loud during the evening hours up till 10:30ish. While the hotel can’t control everything the parents/adults need to be respectful to other hotel goers and not let their kids run up and don’t the halls. Or play soccer in the halls, or tap on the floor constantly when the ones below are trying to sleep at 10:30/11 at night. Do better parents.

Amazing staff. Property is very clean considering its pet friendly. We have stayed here previously with great experiences both time. Love the modern decor.

This hotel is far below average. It’s extremely noisy, and the room offers no sound insulation whatsoever. Unlike most hotels, the room doesn’t have a coffee machine. The receptionist claimed they offer hot water, tea, and coffee 24 hours a day, when I needed hot water for tea, I had to leave the room and go to the lobby. Even then, the water was barely warmer than room temperature. When I asked the front desk for hot water, the receptionist seemed irritated, putting down her phone and reluctantly getting a fresh batch. The breakfast was also disappointing, with only bagels, muffins, orange juice, and yogurt—far from the hot breakfast options I’ve come to expect at other hotels in Exton, like scrambled eggs and sausage. And the bed… it was uncomfortable, to say the least. I could feel the springs poking through. Overall, I chose this hotel for its location, but it’s not a place I’d return to.

Consitioner bottle was empty and i didnt discover it unril i was in the shower. Kleenex box had about 2 tissues in it. On my last night there was unexplained bumping noise from above me as if some one operating a machine at 3 am. Noises contined for 45 mins enven after calling the front desk until i knocked on the wall and then it stopped. Then someone else checked in ay 4am and opened and closed the emergency door about 15 times until i went into the hallway and told him he was keeping me awake. No sleep that night.
