The staff was very unkind and unreasonable about a family emergency and refused to give back money for one day that we wouldn’t be able to stay due to this emergency and a not being able to stay the full-time. The room had issues as well. The shower leaked and was filtered water when you showered. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The TV really didn’t work only when it wanted to and it was all unplugged and not ready when we got in the room, so we had to do that ourselves, which really Isn’t the biggest deal but it just should’ve been done. The breakfast was also subpar. The food was cold overall the day was not enjoyable and we will not be using this hotel again for future visits.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Breakfast area was too small for the number of guests.

It was very clean, the staff was accomodating and pleasant. If I could change anything it would be to expand the breakfast hour to 10am.

This was a hidden gem right in the North Boston. It was a nice apartment for 4 people right by great restaurants and bakeries but it would have been nice to have a few cookware items like a frying pan, a small pot and a spatula to make a simple breakfast in the suite.

Good value for the price, breakfast good, room clean and comfortable, quite.

I had to change rooms three times because they didn’t change the sheets between guests. The sheets were dirty and there were hairs everywhere. I asked them to put a new set of sheets on, but I was too tired to switch hotels and I was running out of money.

Sketchy hotel, didn’t want to take the elevator because it would shake really bad customer service was not good, food options were not great and the toaster only cooked one side of the bread

staff go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, they’re always willing to allow a late check out to accommodate work meetings in the mornings. bathrooms are always clean and have had no issues with cleanliness in the rooms. ample parking in the lot available. no insight around the breakfast. staff also informed me if you book through their website you’re able to get reward points. typically stay here once a week to visit family. easy location to get too and overall feel safe while staying here as a solo female traveler.

Nick from the front desk was super nice & happy to take care of our needs during our stay. Our Ac wasn’t working properly and the hotel was super booked because there was a aau basketball tournament going on in the area( that’s what we were there for as well) so I know swapping our room wasn’t possible. However within 5 min he had people up there in our room swapping out the entire unit. Once they finished we had zero issues. His response time was impeccable.

The bathroom floor was disgusting. The elevator inspection had expired. Never anyone at front desk.

Room was a good size, bathroom was unnecessarily tight, shower was dirty, door didn't lock properly, elevator had a weird smell, bed was lopsided. Was just one night to sleep on way to elsewhere, you get what you pay for, would not recommend.

The beds were comfy, the hotel could use a little work..tub didn't drain, bathroom door wouldn't close. Elevator inspection expired a year ago. It's adequate for a quick stay.
