Clean facility and friendly staff.

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, but there was a brass bell. I rang the bell several times but couldn’t get a response, even though I could hear someone in the back . I walked around the corner to try to find the person who was making the noise but there was no one in sight. I went back to the front desk and this time, in addition to ringing the bell, I called out “Hello!” several times. By the time someone finally came, I was shouting, trying to get someone to respond. I had been on the road nearly 11 hours at this point and was exhausted and frustrated. This was probably the worst check-in experience I’ve ever had. In addition to all of this, the person who checked me in left filled-out registration forms from other guests sitting on the counter with personal info filled out and visible to anyone who walked by. This was all so sloppy and doesn’t make me feel comfortable about here again.

I got a room with a bed that was almost sitting on the ground with no box spring and very uncomfortable. I was in room 107 that is located next to the kitchen. The noise started around 4am. I stay at this hotel once a quarter and have not experienced anything like this in previous visits.

They would not accept my 6lbs dog saying they don’t have “pet policy”! Even though on your site it does. Hence my booking the room and paying for it! I will not be using Expedia AGAIN!

The shower head in the roll in shower needed to be replaced. Could not adjust water volume. As a result water was all over theplace. This is a problem that should have been reported by housekeeping. Bed was very uncomfortable had no box spring Martress was on a hard platfork.No Comfortable chairsin room. BREAKFAST was excellent and staff person in Breakfast atea was outstanding - very Cheereful and helpfull

Raina, the desk clerk that checked us in was so professional and such a delight! Everything was very clean and breakfast was quite tasty! Very convenient interstate access and located right next to a travel plaza.
