I found my room to be clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. I noted both before and after my stay that the outside area around the main entrance was very untidy and needed attention. That was a pity as the inside was smart.

Great hotel for early morning flight.

Very handy for early flight but no air con meant a poor nights sleep. Way too warm in room for us to be comfortable

Small but very efficiently-designed room with comfy beds. It’s basic but has everything you need and was fine for the price.

Ich habe für 4 Nächte gebucht. Trotzdem musste ich jeden Abend meinen Zimmerschlüssel wieder reaktivieren lassen, das nervt gewaltig Dazu musste ich mich auch noch in die Warteschlange einordnen. Auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde ich zudem mit einer glatten Lüge abgefertigt (die Karte würde angeblich von einem fremden Sicherheitssystem entmagnetisiert)

Stayed one night after Kate flight returning from holiday. Car park, terminal & hotel all within minutes walk. Very easy.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service in the restaurant, too.

Lovely room, nicely decorated and squeaky clean and extra pillows which were required. T.V. options could be improved upon or instructions on how to cast programming from your smart phone to their T.V. at least. Excellent accessibility to the airport, will definitely use again on future trips!

Overall, very good value. The receptionist was delightful, and staff overall good. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and warm. The only negative was the restaurant, where prices were high for the mediocre quality and choice offered. Will stay again.

Reason for the review - I made a mistake and booked for the Monday night not the Sunday - when I realised I contacted Expedia explained situation who in turn contacted Ibis after many attempts to explan error and requst date change - Ibis kindly said NO - thanks for your understanding - trust you run a perfect establishment

No hot water.

Standard service & comfort, shame bar was closed when we arrived at 11.30

Very handy for the NEC

Small room, air con didn't work properly, it was too noisy so had to switch it off. Hot water in washbasin was cloudy, although cold was okay. Too noisy to have the widow open in the night. Price on the night ws showing as around £300. Well over priced for an average hotel.

Very friendly staff. Room was dated and dirty, visible stains on curtains and remote control was covered in crust. There was a questionable stain inside the kettle - what’s been boiled in it? This was room 409. Restaurant menu and clientele had “cheeky spoons ahead of Benidorm” vibes. Staff cannot be faulted, they were friendly. But it’s a budget hotel (though I was not charged budget prices). Location was convenient for the airport and for NEC, but it is on the airport side so not best for a NEC conference

It was an airport overnight stay. We used it as he had an early flight
