Das Hotel ist nicht mehr das Neuste. Die Feuchtigkeit und das Klima haben deutliche Spuren hinterlassen. Die Zimmer riechen leicht modrig und so richtig trocken werden weder Handtücher noch die Bettwäsche. Schade drum, denn die Gegend ist toll, der Strand beim Hotel ebenso. Volle Punktzahl: Frühstück neben dem Pool! Mega.

The hotel was in a great spot right by the ocean and super easy to get to. But the service was a letdown. We spent ages trying to find a transact to sit at, and if you wanted a spot by the pool, you had to get up early. We checked in around 3:30 PM, but our room didn’t have any towels. When we called room service, they said they’d bring some over soon. But we ended up waiting until 11 PM to finally get them!

Not a lot of food options. The room smelled of humidity, the staff wasn’t very helpful

Great hotel as well for families

Very very old hotel and needs lots of upgrade. I really don’t recommend this hotel. No privacy at all even we have the sign on the door for do not disturb they keep entering the room without any permission!!

Es hat bereits schlecht Angefangen, unsere Onlinereservation wurde nicht gefunden und wir mussten neu bezahlen damit wir überhaupt ein Zimmer bekamen. Uns wurde beim Einchecken gesagt, das das Geld blockiert wird, beim Auschecken stellte sich aber heraus das wir nochmals bezahlt haben und das Geld abgebucht wurde. Das Hotel war nicht in der Lage uns diese 4500 DH sofort zurückzuerstatten. Und das soll ein 5Sterne Hotel sein! Die Anlage ist schön auch der Strand und die Zimmer sind ganz ok, aber in einem älteren Zustand und nicht mehr 5 Sterne würdig.

Operator/ room service doesn’t respond . AC wasn’t working and no one came to fix it. No towels in the room . Took one hour to get coffee.

A l'arrivée une chambre ou il y a rien qui fonctionne (climatisation en panne, baie vitrée bloquée etc..)Nouvelle chambre (lit pas fait , coffre fort ne fonctionne pas , le téléphone chambre marche pas ,hygiène chambre douteuse)le personn el gentil , serviable mais incompétant

Very good hotel with nice pool

Emplacement unique sur une belle plage, beaux jardins mais : hotel mal insonorisé, gare aux voisins bruyants ! Pas de chaînes françaises sur la TV. Options de restauration limitées à cette époque

Best hotel. I can't believe it had a rating of less than 10. It is an injustice. I wish the hotel would set up a bus to take visitors to the train station. That would add considerable value to the already excellent service. I will surely come back again, God willing

L hotel ne mérite pas ses étoiles. La reception nest pas à la hauteur.les demoiselles à la reception ne connaissent pas le service client propre à un 5 étoiles.pas de choix de restaurant comme indiqué sur leur site.sans parler des travaux au sein même de l hôtel. Cest un vieux bâtiment qui a vraiment besoin d'être rénové. Il ne vaut pas les 5 *.très très déçue.
