Everything is ok

Clean room, hot breakfast but a little noisy

Did not like the attitude of the junior front desk staff when we checked in. Asthe manager on duty, you’d think he would be more personable and better trained.

The room was clean. The front counter staff were patient and helpful, able to answer all of my inquiries. They were able to help me out with anything I needed. The breakfast buffet was good, with good variety. The breakfast staff made sure food was stocked and the area was clean. And it was really nice that they had a Culligan water station in the lobby, so I could fill up my water bottle on the way out in the morning.

Air conditioning unit was making a lot of noise . It was difficult to sleep .

I work overnight. The hotel was very accommodating with my schedule. The breakfast was excellent.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hot breakfast was included. Close to box stores, Costco etc.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping!

Room was clean, bathroom was clean, pool was clean, and breakfast was delicious! We will definitely stay at Best Western plus again in the near future!

Great location

No towels for the pool even after asking the front staff. Had to walk from the pool to the 4th floor room with a cold toddler. I get it was a busy this weekend but for $272/night I was expecting a bit better
