Front desk lady very helpful, room basic, no fridge, safe didn’t work. Lift and part of corridor smelled badly of vomit when we first arrived. Central to towns facilities. Bar and reception areas good.

Breakfast a bit disappointing. No fried eggs, average selection of fruit and cereals, and considering this was Lancashire, no black pudding!

Hotel staff were great, room clean and comfortable , but hotel lets itself down with no phones in room and no room service (although you can go to restaurant and take it back to your room!)

Really great hotel. Fantastic staff and in a great location. Close to a lovely nature reserve for evening walks. Free parking which is a huge plus if you are meeting up with family. Food is fantastic and service is brilliant. Cannot fault it. Will definitely stay again

Perfect from start to finish as always. We always stay here when visiting Manchester for our dance venue.

Kids running on the upper floors. Kids running on my floor and knocking on my door. No aircondition. Leaky bath when one takes a shower. Housing keeping , breakfast and reception staff very friendly.

Always meets our requirements would recommend to anyone.

Hotel was a little dirty. Bedding did not smell good. Bathroom floor looked like a public swimming pool. Will not stay again
