Schlechter Service viel zu viele Kinder laut Pool Öffnungszeiten Katastrophe

This was our 4th stay and I have to say we were a little disappointed this time. The overall hotel was clean but our room wasn't cleaned at all for the first 4 days (in spite of us leaving the sign out) we then complained and they were on it. My sister stayed next door and hers wasn't cleaned once! The rooms also need some checking -rip in curtain, tv not working great - lots of channels but none work! The staff weren't as pleasant and helpful this time either Overall the location is great and is was ok but not sure we would go back again

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Alles war gut in Schuss. Die Schallisolierung ist nicht gut. Da wir in der Vorsaison waren, war es ok

Lovely stay in September with friendly staff and beautiful setting. Tony was especially helpful and repaired a couple of things that needed it. Gym and Spa were generally good but one of the bicycles needs repair and the jet pool in the spa was quite cold and unpleasant. Would definitely go back!!

Service og gratis ydelser som pilates, yoga mm samt et lækkert veludrustet fitnesscenter var genialt. Luft fra kloak/fisk på værelse, og mørkt og indelukket lejlighed uden mulighed for gennemtræk med trist og sparsom interiør trækker ned.

Absolutely perfect for our long wknd away. Spotlessly clean, lovely staff, nice little pool bar for a bite to eat or a refreshment. Good shop inside for bags and accessories, bought a fab clutch ! Overall, a really great stay thank you.

Ok but not 4 star

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The facilities were perfect (it was a girls trip vs family) the proximity of the hotel to the Port meant a nice 15 minute walk. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely come back.

Bra läge och stor härligt poolområde med många lediga stolar.

The property and Expedia charged us an adult rate for a baby (including breakfast and tourist). We were overcharged nearly €360. Despite trying to rectify this with staff whilst at the property with daily calls and emails, including promises the refund had already been processed!, we were finally given a reimbursement of just €80 a month later when home in England. We were extremely disappointed in the customer service of both the hotel and Expedia who continually blamed each other for the fault.

Lage perfekt für Ausflüge; Hotelanlage sehr gepflegt, ausnehmend guter Service, Frühstücksleistung überdurchschnittlich für die Kategorie!

Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm. Frühstücksbüffet ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr freundlich.

The helpful staff , nothing was to much trouble to help to make our stay very special .
