Amazing staff

Bademäntel sind aus, "Fitnessstudio" beinhaltet die günstigsten Geräte. Diese würden mal gewartet gehören, Pool und Saunabereich sind nicht getrennt begehbar. Frische Handtücher stinken. Frühstück ist okay, jedoch wirkt das aufgeschnittene Obst nicht frisch und ist teilweise stark verfärbt. Es wirkt insgesamt lieblos und es fehlt der Sinn für Ästhetik die in einem 4 Sterne Hotel vorhanden sein sollte. Viele Mitarbeiter wirken so als hätten sie keine Lust zu arbeiten

In diesem Hotel fühlt man sich von Anfang an willkommen. Das Personal ist aussergewöhnlich freundlich und stets zuvorkommend, sodass jeder Aufenthalt besonders angenehm wird.

One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because the room was described as having air conditioning but I had no control over it.

Perfect stay at a perfect hotel! In particular, we enjoyed how friendly and helpful the receptionists were.

Muy buena experiencia. Salvo en el spa. El agua llevaba mucho cloro lo que provocaba picor en los ojos y dolor de cabeza. La vista desde la habitación muy bonita. Lo demás muy bien.

Rude staff, guy at the counter seemd to be pissed off with us for some reason. part from that great hotel, great facilities. Nothing to complaion about. Great value.

Preis Leistung war sehr gut!! Reichhaltiges Frühstück, netter Spa Bereich mit großzügigen Öffnungszeiten. Nicht so zentral, dafür Bushaltestelle gleich vor der Tür und in kurzer Zeit ist man im Zentrum. Der große Park in der Nähe ist sehr nett. Gute Rezeption, die uns die Parkgaragegebühren erspart hat, da sie uns darauf hingewiesen hat, dass man Sa und So kostenlos in Budapest parken kann. :)

Voor een 4 sterren hotel, moeten nog dingen worden vervangen (douche). Ontbijt perfect. Vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad erg koud

The hotel was clean. I was not happy that they switched our room to a smaller room than was booked. The pool closing hours were inconvenient as well. The fitness center was quite small also. Overall it was an adequate place for a night or two but i was much more pleased with other places we stayed in Budapest for similar prices.

Jag är så nöjd med min vistelse! Fint rum och väldigt trevlig personal. Hotellet låg lite längre ifrån stadskärnan men det var enkelt och billigt att åka Bolt/Uber. Det låg nära Szechenyi-badet och Budapest Zoo.

Es war gut, aber für 4Sterne Hotel hatte ich anders erwartet, Rezeption und Frühstück MA sind freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Renate ist sehr nett und begrüßte uns immer mit eine Lächeln . Reinigungsdamen sollte auch Spinnweben entfernen und Betten machen auch wenn die Gäste länger bleiben Wir waren sonst zufrieden.

When you book a hotel in a big city during the summer, you expect et to be at warm vacation. That is why we booked this hotel with pool, to give ourself a place cool down after a day of seightseeing. So when the pool doesnt work 3 out of the 4 days you’re Staying you don’t feel you get what you payed for.

Small hotel with good transportation to downtown. Staff is polite and helpful, cleaning ladies are doing a great job, and the staff for breakfast make sure that you have access to everything you need.

Hotel bello, buona colazione anche se non variata da un giorno all'altro, ottimo il servizio spa e personale molto cordiale

Beds were awful, aside from that, the rest was adequate. Felt more like a 2/3 star hotel.
