Our initial room was not fit to our liking. The staff were able to help upgrade us to a more fitting room for our honeymoon.

We had a very nice stay overall at the Iberostar Selection Es Trenc. There was some confusion with our reservation at check-in, and we also experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room. However, the staff worked to resolve both situations and the AC was repaired during our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, about 13 minutes from Es Trenc beach, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Despite the initial issues, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the staff’s efforts to help resolve everything. We had a great vacation overall and would consider staying here again.

I have never stayed at such an amazing hotel! The hotel was beautiful, the staff were so kind, and the food was delicious. I can’t wait to go back !

Several maintenance issues were not addressed. And often the dirty items in the room were not replaced or taken out. And the restaurant was closed for the season

Newly renovated hotel, amazing rooftop and views onto the sea. However, our shower didn’t work very well, sprayed water everywhere and we had no hot water on our first morning which we had to request get fixed. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool staff were very kind. We had a room with an outdoor tub, and that was really great! We came here for our honeymoon and although we informed the hotel before hand and they responded acknowledging our special event, nothing was done to make our stay feel particularly special. Given this is a 5 star hotel, I didn’t feel like the overall experience met such a standard.

The hotel was nice but surrounding town wasn’t very charming. Rooms were small for 2 people.

Die Lage war top um abzuschalten. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mich in all meinen Anfragen top beraten. Das Restaurant Salivent war hervorragend und das Essen war einfach grossartig. Würde wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

I had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Selection Es Trenc. The location is absolutely beautiful. The hotel itself is super clean and stylish, with a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent with a huge variety of options. Staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort, great service, and stunning surroundings — I’d definitely come back!

Overall good stay. Hotel is brand new so small technical issues with aircon ect. But service and location is great

We found our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is excellent, rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and keen to help. The area is relatively quiet with some nice hotels and restaurants close by. Pool service could be improved slightly, the pool menu only opens for a couple of hours in the afternoon with limited options.

Great place, seemed like they were cutting costs in weird places. Signs in the shower about how much water costs. Wouldn’t let you fill a water bottle in the gym and wouldn’t give you ice. Overall, great view at the pool and a nice buffet, but the strange rules made it seem cheap although they advertise at a luxury resort.

Room was beautiful, food was totally amazing, best hotel food ever !
