Lovely hotel, highly recommend. Staff extremly friendly and helpful

The hotel is outdated but it’s clean, the staff is very hospitable and the hotel is right on the beach. The room was very small, the online pictures depict more than actuality. Overall it was okay.

Buona la posizione , fronte spiaggia . Soggiornato 1 notte . Incluso colazione e cena. Non mi è piaciuto perché già 15 minuti prima della chiusura della sala colazione / cena , il personale toglieva il buffet , nonostante c erano clienti ancora seduti che stavano mangiando .

Bra pool och läget var väldigt bra precis vid stranden. Trevlig liten by med många bra restauranger i närheten.

Be om ett rum högst upp mot havet, så får ni en fin utsikt & upplevelse :)

jour excellent à l’hôtel El Cid Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel El Cid. L’emplacement est vraiment un point fort : idéalement situé, il permet de profiter facilement des environs sans contrainte de déplacement. Le buffet du matin est très copieux, avec un bon choix pour bien démarrer la journée. Les chambres sont également très propres et bien tenues. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

vi havde valgt et værelse med balkon og havudsigt og det var lækkert, det eneste minus ved værelset var at der ikke var gratis adgang til kildevand. Det vil sige køleskabet var fuldstændig tomt fraset en enkelt flaske vand ved ankomst. Selvfølgelig kan man selv købe sit kildevand men det havde bare at være lækkert at der blev lagt to flasker ind dagligt. Ellers et rent hotel, maden var okay… Hotellet ligger rigtig godt placeret i forhold til strandpromenaden og det var rigtig dejligt at det var et voksen hotel. Da vi skulle til stranden gik vi dog en længere tur til venstre hvor at vandet var pænere

Excellent location, but rooms could be improved. This hotel boasts a great location in Can Pastilla, with friendly, professional, and helpful staff. It is within easy walking distance to local restaurants and features a convenient nearby bus stop for a short ride into Palma. The pools are excellent, offering great lounging areas with bar and food services. One pool faces directly across the beach, providing beautiful views of the boardwalk and sea.However, the accommodations fell short. As an adult-only hotel, having double twin beds pushed together did not make for a romantic weekend getaway. Additionally, despite turning the air conditioning to its highest setting, the room never felt cool enough for comfortable sleep, and the mini-fridge took hours to get cold. On a positive note, the room and bedding were perfectly clean.
