Excellent customer service! The staff could not have been more accommodating to our group! Rooms are clean. Breakfast was tasty. Shontel working the reception desk was AMAZING!! 👏👏👏

It was an average stay, the bed was comfortable the breakfast was great! The only thing is the pool was closed so I think they should have lowered their rate a bit, because that amenity wasn’t available. The cleanliness was ok. When walking into the front doors it would help the place look better if the windows were clean.

The beds and pillows were comfortable . Staff was very nice. The room had black mold in the bathroom both on the walls and in the shower. There were beer tabs and trash behind the chair in the room.

Room had a smell to it. Carpets in the room were very dirty and stained. Beds were comfortable and loved pillows. Did not get much sleep because of all the noise in the hallway.

As a business traveler with a truck and trailer, my biggest concern everywhere I go is the safety of my truck and customer product onboard. ZERO complaints for here. Very friendly and accommodating. I will continue to stay when coming through the area.

Nice, big room and bathroom. Loved the big, comfy chair. Overall, a nice place to stay.

The property was over all nice, every time we walked back in the room it smelled stinky a little bit but other than that the stay was good. The location was nice and close to a lot of things.

We just needed clean place, a comfy bed, and a warm shower and this was fine for this. They didn't have any bottled water and that was kind of a bummer but not a really big deal.

Excellent staff, nice clean rooms, quiet and pleasant experience overall. Great place to stay.

Everything smelled very clean and the breakfast was awesome. The girls that managed the breakfast area did a wonderful job! I wish there was an ice machine in every floor.

The hotel was okay. Not exactly the level that I expect from Holiday Inn Express. Disappointing was the hot tub. The website shows a hot tub but when we arrived, we found that it had been filled in with concrete. Very disappointing after a long day of travel. Breakfast was just okay. Lacking things we have some to expect from the brand.

Good location, everything is nearby. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly.
