This hotel had roaches. As soon as we walked in there were roaches in the room. Disgusting

Usually love Doubletree. This time not so much. Went out for the night only to come back to no water for the room. No toilet, sink, or shower. Went to call the desk only to have a phone that didn't work in the room. Planned on sleeping in only to find, the window treatments are terrible for keeping out light. Only, help offered for no water was a breakfast voucher. Room was $190 total. A breakfast voucher? Seriously? Fortunately water was back on when we woke up. Was not a $190 stay.

A bit too close to the highway; best to choose a room far from it

The room was very nice but in the morning the water was out for the entire hotel we checked with the front desk and we told since we went through a third party there was nothing that could be done

Front desk was prompt and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant/bar wasn’t open both stops on the trip.

Great area only 12 minutes from the Golden Nugget. The bar had great drinks and food. The entire staff was amazing.

Plugs on the wall didn't work. I plugged my CPap into a wall plug and went all night without realizing I was not getting any air because never came on. Bathroom counter is too high for average person. I am 5'4" and had to stand on my tiptoes to wash my face!

The staff was amazing! Enjoyed our stay! The restaurant/bar was fantastic and had an awesome staff!

The hotel was FANTASTIC! Whenever we plan on returning or going through Lake Charles for future events or family visits this WILL DEFINITELY be our go-to hotel. Management was superb, the room was very comfortable and spacious, and the bar down stairs was quite accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Staff was amazing! I love the comfort of them having a restaurant in the hotel that served breakfast and Dinner. This was my first time staying there and would absolutely recommend.

Quiet and comfortable but desk chairs were very uncomfortable and lacked casters.
