Property was clean and really well kept. The staff was friendly and professional. My family enjoyed the pool and having the hotel close to the Y for a quick workout was for me outstanding! Shout out to Julia at the front desk for hooking me up for a day pass! My only draw back from the hotel is I wished that they could have still prepared more food for the guests waking up late before the cut off time which is 9:30am especially after informing the front desk. But other than that it was a very good experience overall.

Great hospitality, everyone was kind and friendly

Friendly efficient check in, great room, quiet and clean. I asked for an extra blanket and was given one right away.

We were passing through on our way home from Tulip Time Festival in Holland, MI. It was a long day of driving and we were happy to have comfortable beds and a quiet hotel. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed one night. We stayed on the 3rd floor in room 307 which smelt musty with the smell coming very strong from the ice machine drain in the main hallway. The ice machine drain was filled with black mold. The Rear stair entry to 3rd floor had door handle attached with sharp screw that sticks out 3/4”. Our bathtub drain was broken and our window sill was filled with a handful of dead flys. Our small fridge had a puddle of water on the inside and didn’t function properly. We are disappointed that this hotel was rated exceptional with a 9.4 rating on the Expedia website. Very misleading. This hotel is older that has had a facelift with paint.

The pool and hot tub were open from 10-12pm just for adults and it was really great to be able to enjoy those facilities.

Beds are hard as a rock. Windows were drafty. Thin blankets.

Traveled solo with 3 young kids. Easy check-in, friendly and helpful staff, clean, pool was great, and breakfast was perfect for a quick morning. Will be back!!
