Superbly located, modern hotel near the university, excellent restaurants and sights. The bed was quite comfortable, and the (air-conditioned!) room was nicely designed and appointed. There is a nice lounge with morning coffee downstairs and a small, but decently equipped and maintained workout room on the first floor. Staff were unusually nice to work with and helpful. Excellent four-day stay.

Prettig hotel. Goede locatie, mooie kamers, heerlijk ontbijt, heerlijke koffie en zeer vriendelijk personeel waarvan overigens maar een minderheid Nederlands spreekt. Maar goed, Engels kunnen wij ook.

Fantastic staff and amenities were wonderful

Hotel is well situated and has a good breakfast. The Air conditioner was very noisy, switched rooms and the noise dropped by 10dB but still noisy enough that couldn’t sleep without noise cancelling EarPods. The carpets are dirty/stained in the hallways and stains in the rooms too. Positive is the location.

Room was clean and the staff was kind and helpful

Comfortable beds, friendly personnel, great location in the center. Airco units are loud (we were told they all are). I could hear the airco as a constant noise, even with earplugs.

Lovely staff, serving in multiple languages. Nice modern bar with pool table was an excellent place to relax, good breakfast, great central location.

A nice hotel within easy reach of the Grote Markt, the main hub of the town. Rooms were comfortable, and quiet. The hotel had a nice bar, and the breakfast was the best we experienced in the hotels we visited during this stay.

+++ Super Lage, gut zu erreichen. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr leckeres Frühstück (sogar vegane Produkte) Bequemes Bett + zwei Kissen - - - Silberfische im Bad. Schimmel im Bad, keine Belüftung. Sehr dreckiger Teppichboden mit Fußabdrücken. Hotel wirkt abgewöhnt, muffig. Sehr hellhörig.

Veel vlekken in de vloerbedekking. Tv zenders waren zeer beperkt. Geen Nederlandse zenders. Wel Russische. Personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt was prima Douche was heel glad.

La verdad lo mejor del hotel es la atención de la gente, llegamos muy cansados del Viaje desde México y en la recepción del hotel nos dijeron q la entrada era hasta las 3 después de unas vueltas que dimos nos fuimos antes al hotel a esperar a que dieran las 3 y al vernos cansados se apuraron a darnos la habitación antes…… la verdad la gente de recepción fue excelente……10 de 10

God placering og godt værelse (næsten) uden støj

The WiFi is not good. I had to use my phone to create a hotspot. I didn't have a room that was very far out in the hotel, so was very surprised by this. I have stayed here several times and it has happened before.

Hotel is located in the middle of downtown so very noisy until mid minght. Many of young people shouted outside so I could not sleep well. But the adventage of location is obvious.
