Every room we were missing something. Pool wqsnt clean

The front desk personnel was so nice and helpful. Especially the young lady who worked at night and in the morning. The guy on the overnight was cool too. Comfortable beds, clean room and better than average breakfast

Check was quick and easy. My room was very clean and had what I needed to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. Housekeeping made sure to clean my room daily and leave clean towels and take the used ones.

Excellent room and accommodations!!

The room had a musty smell

It’s an average hotel, the hallways are dingy with an unpleasant odor. The rooms are clean, but overall the hotel is dated and it shows.

No nos dieron mucha información, ya que no hablaban español y no nos pudimos entender mejor nunca nos indicaron hasta qué hora era el servicio de desayunos. Eso era básico que nos tenía que indicar casi perdemos el desayuno

This has been my go-to hotel when moving my kid in and out of her dorm at USF. It's a quick 5 minute drive to the school, but also it's a little ways back from the main road so it's quiet. The rooms have always been clean and there's plenty of outlets. The free breakfast is better than average. I have recommended this hotel to other USF parents.

everything is very good

This is a silly complaint but one of comfort. Why are the beds so high off the floor? I am six feet tall and can’t sit on the edge of the bed and have my feet touch the floor. Other than that, everything was great.

An excellent choice; the property is very clean and in-room furnitures seem new and all are working well.

I thought the staff was wonderful and the breakfast was very good. My room had a musty smell and the carpet was old and worn. The bathtub didn’t have a shower curtain. I think the hotel with some replacement items would be excellent.

Convenient location. Predictably safe, clean & friendly.

There was no hot water for our room. 4 people to take showers and no hot water. Thankfully we got a small discount, but it was still cold.
