overall very satisfied with our one night stay

While the staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms were so very dated and even smelled old. We had to ask to change rooms as our room was musty and extremly dingy. The wall paper in both rooms was from the 80s and peeling at the seams. The chairs were so outdated and had rips and tears. The location is convenient but this hotel needs to undergo serious decor upgrades!

The room is with a significant body odor; the constant operating noise from the refrigerator is disturbing for light sleeper; barely any sound proof, happen to have upstairs jumping & partying over night, which can be heard clearly; walkway chattings can be heard clearly what they are talking about; shower head water dripping also can be heard; even turning over in bed the mattress is making noise That being said, room size is very generous, not compact; location is very convenient

Fast friendly check in, very comfortable beds with choice of pillow softness, quiet for a relaxing sleep. Breakfast had a variety of choices hot and cold and good tasting coffee. It took a few minutes to figure out why the air/heat system wasn’t responding. A button needs to be pushed in where the electric socket is plugged into wall to activate the system then the ir worked well. The toilet in our room was wobbly at the base and should be secured.

we had a great one night stay on our drive through Quebec. The place was clean and comfy with a yummy breakfast. The hotel room had new vinyl/laminate floors which is always a nice switch from carpet.

Convenient area, clean, easy to get into Quebec City.

I like this property because it is right off the highway, easy to get to. The only issue I had was the room we had was quite dark. It could have done with additional lighting.

Do NOT stay here. No management at all on site to deal with anything! It was literally our worst hotel experience ever. Terrible room with peeling wallpaper and rickety furniture that looked like 2nd hand from goodwill. Bed was lumpy. We booked a king suite and while there was a TV in the sitting area, the tv in the bed area had been taken off the wall. Food was spilled outside our door by someone else and while I notified the front desk, it was never cleaned during our stay. We tried to take a shower in the morning and the shower didn’t work. There was a sporting team staying there and they ran up and down the halls all night. Due to how awful the hotel was about cleaning we chose not to eat any of their food. They must have bugs due to the lack of cleaning. I attempted to contact the hotel manager, both by phone and email, and no one ever got back to me about this terrible experience. Please go somewhere else!

C'est fini plus jamais de réservation dans. Cet hôtel. Je commence par le check in : la réceptionniste fait plus un travail administratif que service client. Aucun sourire aucune empathie. Le soir même j'avise que la planche à repasser n'est pas à la chambre. Je reviens le soir, toujours aucune planche à repasser en plus,aucun service service de ménage n'est passé, même pas un changement de serviettes. Je reviens a la réception et la. Meilleure c'est qu'il m'a dit qu'il fallait que j'avise que j'aurais besoin d'un service de chambre. C'est nouveau ça. Il a fallu que je demande un changement de chambre. souvent aucune personnes a la réception d'ailleurs pour le check out j'ai laissé la clé sur le comptoir pour ne pas être en retard pour mon RDV. Je me rend compte que j'ai oublié le chargeur de mon cell. J'appelle et il me dise qu'il n'ont rien trouvé. Bref. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

The room was very clean. The front desk staff very friendly.

The breakfast was very good and the staff we constantly replenishing the options. The lineup was moving pretty well and everything was available to us.

Room is spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included with classic breakfast food. Sausage and eggs, fruits and yogurt, toast with jam and butter. Also they had mini waffle maker where you can make your own. Coffee and juice was also available. Very easy access to the highway. Lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Also two large grocery stores

The fan kept us up all night. The room was scruffy/older..the beds were ok. Lots of noise happening outside our room, kids were causing issues with ripping off wall paper and signs. I felt unsafe.

Employés(es) très attentionnés (es). Cependant air conditionné défaillante. Avons tout de même apprécié notre séjour. Merci.
