I stayed for 16 days at the hotel, at checkout time they refused to give me late checkout and forced me to pay half day. Not good behaviors if the hotel full as they said how they give the room for half day money.

I enjoyed my stay of 5 nights. The hotel location is perfect, having Coffee shop and restaurant nearby. Breakfast is excellent with large choice of fruits, omelette. Rooms are clean, comfortable, modern bathroom. Big thanks to Ms Nouf and Mr Mohammed for their kidness and warm welcome.

Mis d'abord dans une chambre fumeur, puis dans une chambre avec une grosse fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain, j'ai dû changer 2 fois de chambre!

Scary, awful…. the hotel be renewed completely, the conditions inhumane… excellent location, nice area, the building outside look good but the rooms are destroyed, change me room twice and every time was worth. Avoid.

2 day stay main reason for staying was the pool for kids Pool not working jacuzzi not working And steam room out of order very disappointed
