The atmosphere was lovely, the staff was fantastic. My room was facing the street so quite noisy but I’m a heavy sleeper so I was fine. The shower had hair on the floor when I got there and I couldn’t tell if the floor was just old or not quite clean. Overall a fine stay considering the main goal was to go around the ring of Kerry, not to stay in my hotel room! The location was great for nearby eats & pubs too.

Wonderful one night stay at Arbutus Hotel in Killarney. The location is fantastic. The room was wonderful and the service top notch.

Wonderful staff and very spacious rooms. Stayed in a triple room (for 3 people) and it was more than big enough. Very warm feeling in this hotel. Breakfast in the morning was really good. Good quality food and you can tell they put their heart into their service. Bathrooms are nice and spacious. I would stay again.

It was a lovely stay would stay again

Three generations of family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The character of the building is charming, the food delicious, and the staff are amazing! We also loved the location, near the Christmas Market.

The reception was amazing. We arrived at 11:30 pm and had a warm greeting.

Very clean, bathroom was all tiled-- very nice.

Really enjoyed this hotel especially the live music in the pub nightly. Three ladies were exceptional musicians and singers and showcased perfectly Irish music. Hotel was close to shopping and countless restaurants and parking was great to explore the surrounding countryside.
